They had to come 5 times to look at my washing machine. This entailed a month and a half of waiting!! without a washer!! They did not seem to be to thorough on checking to see what exactly was wrong with the unit each time they came. I believe they did not really know what steps to take and at first, replaced an item that was not necessary! We still had to pay for this part! It came down to replacing the board, (4th time) and telling us to just buy a new unit, urghh!! then it came down to replacing the board(5th time again) !! after the second time of replacing they said that it was an LG problem and left it at that. After laughing and telling us there was nothing they could do. They are certainly nice enough guys but being nice does not cut it when you have to go without a washing machine for almost 6 weeks and them having no conclusion for you other than to buy a New washing machine. Very disappointed with the outcome of Anchor appliances. We will not recommend nor will we return to use the services again

Zach fixed my stove and it works perfectly now! He was on time, fixed issue in a timely manner, friendly ,courteous and professional. Would highly recommend him for any appliance repair.

Warranty work so I can’t speak to rates, but they were on time, fast, clean, courteous, professional. Would use again.
