Had a roof repair needed after the recent storm. After calling around, these guys showed up fast and repaired quickly...both my house and my neighbors. Not too pricey, friendly, and no fuss. Great job.

Leo Cole is the most honest roofer in Brantford. 30 years in this town and I would highly recommend him and his crew. These guys are the best, clean up was AMAZING, very polite and true to the quote. But...came back and fixed other roofers mistakes for a deal. Thanks Leo!!

Leo is one of the longest running companies in Brantford. Known him personally for 25+ years. Started working for him when I was 16, now I call on him when I have roofing needs or questions. One of the best guys I know in and around Brantford. His guys are very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend Cole's Roofing to everybody.

These guys were great! Called them a few days ago to re shingle my garage. They were happy for the bauiness. They came in $400 cheaper then any other roofing company. The guys were talented and experienced. Showed up on time. Garage looks great now. Cleaned up all the mess. In and out in 4 hours. Definitely recommend them. I'll be keeping their number for sure

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Leo was hired to fix our leaky roof. He gave us a 5 year warranty on the repair. A few months later and we have water pouring back in the exact same spot in the kitchen. We’ve had his son over at least 5 times to re-repair, and it is STILL leaking. Leo dodges phone calls, swears and screams at me on the phone and insists he will not honour his warranty or fix the damages inside the house which he is responsible for. Imagine treating your customers like this, or anyone!? I paid this jackass money to do a job and he still has my money, and we still have a leaky roof. And on top of it, we spent thousands to have the water damage inside repaired after Leo did his thing on the roof. Now we have to do it all over again!! Leo I hope you’re reading this. We will be going though better business bureau and you will be accountable for this. If you honour your warranty and take accountability for the work I will consider taking this review down.He has now blocked my phone number after promising to fix the roof last week. I urge everyone to find someone else to do your work. He will take your money and not honour the warranty.ANSWER THE PHONE AND FINISH THE JOB!The original repair job was replacing a low spot in the roof where water/ice had built up, installing new shingles and new flashing.The nightmare you see in the picture is the tar they added on 4 separate occasions because their original job didn’t work at all and caused our kitchen to be damaged again! (As you can see in the other picture, water comes through the ceiling and the top of the door frame.) Un-beleivable. This man should not be in business, avoid at all costs.

Leo is and DISHONESTS roofer, his is not a professional in roofing business his offers a warranty hi does not honor it. I hired him to fix a leak on the back of my roof and replace a skylight, few months later it was snowing in my livingroom, since them his has been coming fix it with caulking and then he couldn't figure why the leak was getting worse. Now hi is not answering his phone or do anything to fix the problem. Do not hire Leo or his Cole's roofing hi will get your money, does not care about your property.
