Reliable Tow & Recovery

Was pulled out of the ditch. The guy was great. Some random dude stopped and asked him to pull someone else first but the guy just said he'd get there after he got to these (pointing to three cars down the road from us). Very helpful and got us sorted out.

I’ve been using reliable for the last few years and they haven’t let me down in anyway. Great service and a hard working crew. They always get the job done right.

Got me back on the road in no time. The price was less than I expected and the service was prompt and friendly. The only better value for money proposition would have been actually buying snow tires before hosting my impromptu snow bank party it the ditch. At least the party was well attended.

I have had bad experiences with 1 particular driver, Braiden, was rude with poor customer service, but other then him everyone else are good people but other then that the receptionist lady was one the most wonderful and helpful people i have dealt with, extremely understanding of people situations mine specifically. in town to so that is always a plus. would recommend using them for your towing needs. hopefully i don't have to but if i need a tow will be using them again. the 4 stars is based on the one worker stated above due to his poor customer service. other then that 5/5 buinsness

Ridiculous prices. $225. Plus tax Plus unknown extra fees(his words) to come to my house and move a stuck vehicle 6 feet. Just stuck in melting snow. What a rip off! Remember who gouges you in busy season and do not reward them with your business during slow season. Vultures who prey on the elderly, disabled or women with their crazy pricing. Trust me it will always be more not less than quotes because there will always be some gibberish they try to double talk you with if they sense you are vulnerable. Pure leeches.

Reliable has always been the number one tow company to call, called them when the car broke down on the highway, when the keys got locked in the vehicle and they towed my truck away after I got into an accident in 2022, they don't keep Reliable in their name for nothing. Always friendly, always around when needed. Definitely who I'll call whenever theirs a problem

Our vehicle broke down on the side of the road, so we called CAA. We were covered for 5km towing, and Reliable Towing was dispatched to us. The towing service was good, we were towed to the nearest automotive shop within 5 km. As we were getting ready to leave, the driver pulls out his payment machine and tells us that we owe $45 for the mileage to the vehicle. I said we weren’t paying that and they can call CAA for that. He tried to convince me that his boss said the policy had changed. So we called CAA to confirm and they had never had a contractor ask for payment like this. It’s unfortunate that this happened, because the service was good otherwise. Buyer beware, you do not have to pay “unloaded” mileage if you are covered under CAA. Getting 2 stars because the driver had a cute dog that was very nice.

Reliable came a pulled a truck out of the ditch for us and was excellent. Adam was great at making sure there was no additional damage to the truck while removing it from the ditch. The service and price were great. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Shout out to Adam at Reliable Towing. When he arrived he was fast, kind and efficient to get me out of the ditch. Also the person on dispatch, she told me how much it would be and approximately when to expect the tow. Everything turned out just as expected. Couldn’t expect more.
