I've been to this nail place around 6 times each time with unpredictable service and quality.More recently, I went in on a Friday morning to get a shellac pedicure & a new set of biogel nails. My pedicure" was solely just receiving the polish and shellac. The tub wasn't filled with water

I’ve been here many times and I’ve had to wait so long for my appointment with no apology whatsoever so I just stopped going here. The service is mid as well.My best friend went here today and she asked for a shellac pedicure. And did not receive and actual pedicure, only her toes were painted. They refused to fix the problem but instead just charged her $30. That’s unacceptable. No apology was issued for their mistake. And she didn’t even receive a service she asked for, yet is expected to pay? This salon has gone downhill. Don’t go here

I have nothing but the best things to say about your business!! My bio gel lasts one month or more, by that time I usually need a fill and you always find a way to get me in with the best service, even at your busiest times. I recommend dreams nails to anyone that asks for a nail salon. Thank you so much for all of the beautiful art work you have done for me over the past year!!!

I was there once for a pedicure which went great.About 6 weeks later. I had saved up to have my nails done for a wedding. The person who did my pedicure, again was great. The lady doing my finger nails, Helen, came over and asked what kind of design I would like I provided her a picture of what I wanted. We agreed on a few modifications to the design like colour change and shape change ( I asked for short coffin). There was no manicure part to the experience. Helen chopped away at my own nail with a nail trimmer that did not come from a sterile package. She did not provide any trimming of my cuticles, which really needed it and effected the paint job. She went on a 10 minute facetime call during the appointment. The shape was not a short coffin, but a tapered square. The line work and paint job was also not great. The line work was uneven and not centered on some nails. Only one coat of colour was provide. I paid and left a tip because; 1. I couldn't really tell how bad they were till I was out in daylight, 2: I did not want the person who did my pedicure to be left without a tip.My appointments were at 10, they ended roughly around 12. When I got home I called right away. Helen answered the phone and laughed when I explained the problems above. I asked for the manger and the response I received was The manager comes in any time" I hung up the phone and retuned to the shop. By this time is was 12:45 approx. When I went in Helen saw me and didn't say anything despite knowing why I was there and another employee said " sit down and wait". I explained I did not have time as I was leaving out of town for a wedding.Helen then came up and asked what the issues was and offered to fix it. I explained ; 1. I did not have time for that; 2. I did not really trust her work after our phone call. I asked for a partial refund of the $80 it cost me. The would only agree to $30. Still to the end Helen refused to accept that she did not do a good job making statements like "your never going to find a real professional doing nails" and "I still don't know why your complaining".Her excuse for not providing a refund was "why didn't you say something during the appointment?"I'm not saying not to go here but don't expect a profession job from Helen. The green nails in the picture are the ones Helen did and the black ones are after they were fixed by a professional."

I went for the first time with my sister and really liked the salon. It’s spacious, and Brian was amazing. I loved my ombré biogel nails and shellac pedicure. I do recommend booking in advance and confirming your appointment the day before, as this salon is very busy. If you try to walk in, you might be disappointed. The salon is a bit on the expensive side, but it’s in Burlington, and they do a great job.

Legit BEST place to get your nails done. Helen does mine and she is LOVELY! Does an amazing job every time! I’ve been looking for a great place and finally found one! I live 1/2 hour away and it’s definitely worth the drive !Highly recommend!!! And recommend Helen 100%

Brian did a fantastic job on my nails! I have short nails, so it's very hard to get them properly shaped. I needed a neutral pinkish colour for my nails for my upcoming prom, and he picked out some potential colours for my nails! I got a bio-gel treatment on my nails since the last time I did regular shellac it damaged my nail bed (at a different salon), and they look great! The facility was clean and modern, and Brian was very professional! All in all the price came to $65 for a bio-gel manicure with shellac! Make sure to make an appointment. Will definitely come again!

Loved the service. The owner is very welcoming and did the design with perfection. It was much past their closing time still my nails were done very patiently. Will surely come back :)

Hands down the best nail salon in Burlington! I have been going to Dream since it was under the management of Lily and her dream team! This salon is extremely professional, friendly, inviting with the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. I have referred numerous friends who are now happy clients as well. My hands and feet always look pristine! I highly recommend Dreams! Lily is an incredible owner and has such deep passion for her craft and delivering superior customer service! I am a Dream lifer!
