I placed an order for Peygran products. I ordered a tub Kit-2, plus additional components. The website shows the ergonomic pliers in the Kit-2 photo, but the photo tub picture on the website shows the original pliers. I then confirmed with your chat box person and it was confirmed the Kit-2 came with the ergonomic pliers. On my entire order arriving, (quick delivery) I checked it over and I had received the original pliers. On contacting your customer service, I was paired with Daphnee S. In less than 24 hours, Daphnee reached out to me and confirmed confusion of the pictures on the web site. To correct the order (my order print out shows the ergonomic pliers with the Kit-2) I was offered a free pair of ergonomic pliers. They arrived in 48 hours. I would like to thank the company and Daphnee for your professionalism to correct the misunderstanding. I would have no hesitation to order from FloorBox in the future.

The FloorBox was a superb company to deal with. We were doing a small project and we were looking for a specific type of wood. The sample arrived promptly, then I received a friendly call for followup advice. François helped me make a great choice and arrange delivery. Daphnee was a pleasure to work with, there was an issue double charging for freight and she had the issue taken care of promptly. Ordering and delivering of the material for my project was simple and efficient. We ordered some shower parts from the Floor Box on Tuesday and received our packages today, Thursday.We needed to call customer service a few times before and after the order was placed with some questions. The customer service associates were most helpful and patient answering our inquiries.The business that our contractor deals with was not only out of stock, it cost more (at contractors discounted pricing) and it would have taken two weeks to get in. The Floor box took 2 days and cost less.Dealing with a company like the Floor Box was an absolute fantastic experience from start to finish.
