Brigil services de location

My son lives in one of their apartments and he had been trying to contact someone for weeks and they never return calls or emails. We will be contacting our lawyers next because this is awful customer service.

They are so #%#$£#£$ Evil

Very very bad company. Don’t buy or rent anything from this company. You will be in a huge trouble.The staffs are rude.

My experience with Brigil was quite terrible. Carole was very disrespectful and pretty much all of my interactions with them were disappointing and very discouraging being a young couple looking for an apartment. You should really teach your staff some customer service skills before allowing them to speak to how many people in a day? Terrible rental company.

No sound proofing on floors. If you live on the first or second floors be set for a lot of noise and disrespectful noisy neighbors. They don't tell you the floors are only wooden between apartments not cement when they show you the apartment.

I unfortunately could not recommend this rental building to a friend or community member. It is the right price point for my needs, however I am continuously disappointed by the staff and quality of service they usually don't provide. If and when they perform a task, they either don't do it at all or ensure they do it just good enough to meet some health standards and rental standards. I write this review to provide an honest answer to my fellow community members, not to complain.

All the following apartments are part of are supposedly available immediately or up to January 2022 based on the last update October 1st, 2021, where some of them were even added.- 3** 595, boul. des Grives , app. 13 (pr. lav./séch., remise int., 1 stat.),- 3** 835, boul. du Plateau , app. 2 (pr. lav./séch., remise int., 1 stat.),- 2 125, boul. Mont-Bleu, app. 311 (2 électros, chauffage, eau chaude),- 3 4, rue Louveteaux, app. 1 (2 électros, chauffage, éclairé, eau chaude, 1 stat.),- 3 125, boul. Mont-Bleu, app. 205 (2 électros, chauffage, eau chaude), 241, boul. Riel, app. 204 (2 électros, chauffage, eau chaude),Yet, when you call or send an email you are told that rental office is not synchronised with the website and none of them is available. I even asked any out of the other on the list of apartments in HULL and still the answer was none and offered to call back next week to check. I already spent two weeks chasing for updates that will never be acknowledge by the rental office.Unfortunately, I must admit that there is a lack of professionalism even before you step in or there should profiling preprocess. For one of the leading real states company, it is abnormal to admit that frequently updated portal is irrelevant to reality on ground.

Aucune gestion, Aucune considération client, Aucun service. Appartement construit avec des matériaux de base gammes. En somme, il son juste la pour vous faires signer le papier après ca bonne chance. Aller voir ailleurs plusieurs compagnie offre beaucoup mieux avec un meilleur services. En outre, pratiquement aucun de leur infrastructure offre une accessibilité au personne en mobilité réduite. Je comprend pas comment la ville de Gatineau peut approuvé leurs projets ($$$).
