Tried charging me double for getting my tires done as they said it wasn't on rims. Then after we checked he goes yes they're on rims, no sorry my bad or nothing. Hard to trust what they tell me is wrong with my car after that. If you're getting your tires done here do double check the receipt/bill.

Amazing service and honest.The owner is very nice. I had done my front suspension recently and it was making a bit of noise after. They checked it right away, fixed my squeaky clutch and I was on my way. Fair prices, quick work and very reliable.

Our company has used Pneu Unik for about 5 years, always had good service. Patrick is very honest, and I never have to worry that they are padding the estimate, as some other mechanics do. You can always rely on their assessment. We buy not only tires for our fleet from them, but also get the mechanical work done on our vehicles. Very pleased to give them a recommendation. They saved me $500 on a recent repair; another garage had given me a much higher estimate and we went with them and the work was professionally done, and with a quick turnaround time, as always.

Cannot share the same 5-star experience as others had here. Came here for maintenance rather than my usual guy because I was stuck and they will try as much as they can to juice you out of your money. Good thing I was mechanically literate and they weren't able to sell me something I did not need. Not recommended unfortunately.

Went there for a wheel alignment. Waited several hours even though I had an appointment. After the 2nd hour I asked when it will be ready, they said they are working on it. Turns out they did not even drive the car in the garage yet. Apparently they thought they were already working on the car but it was not the case. It can be an honest mistake but they need to manage their workload better.Moreover I paid full price of a alignment of FOUR wheels. They only did 2 because the rear wheels are aligned with shims, not tie-rods. The shims would have been different increased price. They were not up-front about this. I am fairly knowledgeable about cars and would have understood right away, but they did not talk the time to explain to their customer the details of the work.I called to complain after, no compensation for wasting my time and only aligning HALF of the total wheels.A positive aspect is that the people are friendly. If I could give negative stars I would. In brief, I do not recommend going there due to mismanagement of their workload and dishonesty. Bring your business elsewhere.

They are amazing, good customer service, and awesome human behind the counter. I drive an old patriot on a budget, never change a piece is it's not necessary. They guide me through the maintenance of my vehicle, 250k still going strong. I loooove those guys!
