Very poor service,, 2 staff and 12 people on waiting. I requested 1 of staff employee to increasee the staff he simply said weren't have staff here.

Very poor service, don't ever go to this branch and get appointment..they are just there to waste your time. I had an appointment with Ms sayema a month ago for things regarding my account it was supposed to be done on the same day as she said ..its been a month now Nothing has been done and she is not even answering my mails or voice messages I have left to her extension .. anyway this branch really needs to improve their service, very disappointing.

Worst branch ever, branch is unable to serve the quantity of customers that arrive so queue gets out of control (For the branch). RBC branches are definitely much better at attending people in a quicker way, also the reason I came to the branch was to pick up my new credit card and the envelope was opened and the clerk apologized for that, but I mean what kind of image is that? I highly regret the visit to this branch, I hope management takes action and can help to get more employees to assist the public or find a faster way to attend the clients.

I took appointment 10 days ago for January 12,2023. At 4 pm. I was told to wait for a while. Unfortunately the person with whom I am supposed to meet with was having meeting with manager at same time. Waited for 45 minutes to another person. No values and importance for customers. They only prioritise their employees. No star. Very disappointed with them. Never go to this branch if you want to save your time

Walked 3 blocks in the cold to find all 3 atms inoperable. Never seen something like that. My review is only for the atm part, as I didn’t to inside the bank.
