Abysmal customer service. Almost an hour wait in line to be told we couldn't withdraw our own money, and had to wait a week to do so

Went there on Friday to order some cash.Was standing in the line for about 20 - 30 minutes. Then my teller told me I can come and pick it up on Thursday. I said it's almost a week, are you kidding me?He tried to ask someone else to get it sooner. I guess he asked his manager.Manager didn't even try to do something or at least make me feel better. Like sorry or something. Just said you are not going to get it until Thursday for sure!"I said it almost closing time

Stay away from this branch if you are looking for good customer service. Horrible customer service, went to add my mom to my accounts and the personal financial person treated me (holding a 2 months old baby) and my mom (senior) horribly and did not know how to do what we asked for. We asked for a senior staff to help, no managers available, lots of staff talking in the back laughing, it was awfully horrible! My mom, retired general bank manager, was in shock with such poor service. We went to Bank of Montreal same day, and open an account with them, it was huge difference.TD Managers after called me, also bad attitude from all of them. Just a horrible customer service! I will close all my accounts from this bank! Stay away!

Avoid at all costs. Opened a business account in October and was told all my deposits would be put on hold for 90 days. By December, cheques started clearing with no issues. Out of nowhere on Feb 2, I was told my cheques would be put on hold again without any explanation. The manager Peggy told me that my certified bank draft couldn't be verified because BMO won't contact them back fast enough. Got tired of all the lies and closed my account. I'll just go over to BMO then

Worst TD branch I’ve ever been to. I was interested in a loan and was assigned an appointment with Sehrish about 5 business days in advance.The automated reply told me bring two documents. I emailed her a day (business day) before the appointment with said documents to make everything easier for the appointment.During the appointment (over the phone), she asks me for the documents and i said i emailed them to you yesterday and she was about to say “oh i didn’t check my emails”, then cut herself off lol. As someone who works in an office, I do not understand how you can come to work and not check their email for over a day.She then repeatedly had to ask her manager and put me on hold for every single minor question I had. For example, “if i were to get a co-signer, would they need to come to the branch with me”. For someone who works at a bank i don’t think the questions i had could have been simpler.She also failed to give me notice of 3 other documents that I needed to provide. Had she have taken 1% of initiative she would have emailed me of this 5 days prior, when I booked the appointment.The whole phone call left me a bit uneasy after, as she sounded as though i just woke up from a nap. I wish i recorded the call, as she seemed hilariously bored.We agreed to an appointment that week on Friday and during this time received wonderful help from the branch at 250 Wincott.I was going to cancel my follow-up appointment with Sehrish but thought let me see if she even put it in her calendar. Come Friday, I received no calls or emails lol.The only time I step foot in this branch is to withdraw cash, every other one in the area has far more intelligent and competent employees.

If I could give this branch 0 stars, I would. I waited in line for 15 minutes with no teller at the front. Two managers ignored the line of people. One was glued to his phone and avoided eye contact.I came at 540PM, branch closed at 6PM. Was not served until 6:01PM after having to ask for a teller to come. Ridiculous. There was a line of 6 people behind me all waiting as well.It took the teller 17 minutes to pay two bills.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch on a Saturday. Due to work commitments and limited banking hours I was not able to go to the branch until Saturday. When I got there I was not able to complete the transaction and was forced to wait a half hour after standing in a long line. I believe it was due to a very inexperienced manager . I can understand why both of the individuals we used to deal with and were amazing (Johnny and Ariel) have left this branch.

One time I had a teller refuse to cancel my credit card, because I didn’t have “proper identification”. I showed her my damn passport………I told her I lost my wallet and I was worried about someone finding it and using my cards. Literally never had a decent experience at this branch.The branch is only a five minute walk from me and I completely refuse to go there for any reason except to use the atm.This branch is literally the reason I’ve slowly transitioned to RBC.

Go to a different branch if possible. Branch Manager was away on Vacation and fill in was unfortunately unpleasant to deal with. Waited in long line only to be told I could not deposit cheque I brought it - explanation was I didnt have full company name - have never had a problem with this. After asking for exception I was turned away. After getting cheque adjusted I returned to the bank and asked the branch manager fill in" if they could deposit cheque (line was even bigger) but they said no - no attempt made - based on it being their decision to turn me away in the first

Worst branch in the country. No acknowledgement when you enter. Nobody at the desk. Very difficult tellers. Too bad, under the old manager this was a great branch. It has gone down hill. I now go to another branch and get excellent service. I'll never use this branch again, ever.
