One of the nicest, most pleasant branches to do business in. People here are super nice and competent, and they all seemed to work well as a team. Very supportive of one another. Good sense of humour in this branch. Never once a mistake as they take care to double-check everything. Excellent. Thank you.

TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
Overall experience at TD has been unparalleled since first banking with TD many years ago. The fact that this particular branch (Upper Tantallon) has blown me away with their exceptional customer service is something else. In general, I've never had service by any other banking institution nearly as helpful, friendly and respectful as experienced by TD. Other banks (most notably, BMO) should take their training from TD. Absolutely love this bank.

We are TD customer from Ontario and on vacation in Nova Scotia. While away we were having some roof repairs done to our home and it6 was finished on September 5 so I went to send an E-Transfer to the contractor. For some reason the transfer got frozen. I went to the branch and talked to Kim (Branch Manager), Betty (Consultant) and Drew. This branch is amazing and went out of their way to resolve this problem. I can not speak any higher about the customer service that this branch delivers.
