I do not like this place,the rent rates are horrible. Only get 2 meals. You have to make your own breakfast, the food is absolutely horrible. Paying over 3000 the Sr's should be getting more then they do

professional, friendly caring staff, looked at many places for my mother in-law and we clearly made the right decision

They hire under educated, poorly trained ucps and disguise them as certified psws as well as passing themselves off as employers who care for their residents and staff but in reality like every large company, they don't. They only care about their bottom line and if that means hiring staff they can underpay due to their lack of education or certification they won't hesitate to hire and fire anyone who walks in ( even with a shortage of educated psws this is not OK!!!) . They have a high staff turnover rate because they hire anybody who applies and not college educated or gov recognized NCAA certified psws. Most but not all of their ucp staff don't have the knowledge or ability to perform proper daily care services and they can't handle important tasks properly like: Dispensing medication, executing proper techniques while performing lifts or transfers, they have limited education on proper body mechanics for their own body or proper positions for clients while performing care and don't know how the nerve and musculoskeletal system work, which is critically important (in my well-educated opinion) when you work with palliative and chronically ill or bed ridden residents so u may reduce pressure ulcers from forming for example or so u dont hurt yourself and/or client with bad body mechanics etc. I know this information to be true due to personally investigating the claims from my friends grandmother and know of atleast 4 staff members who have been reprimanded for more importantly medication errors which atleast one resident was in danger of having a overdose of their meds due to improper documenting and callous disregard and not taking care of their residents with respect and kindness... shame on you seasons in st Thomas!!! The strathroy location is amazing with well trained and respectful employees! The building is nice and the rent rates are cheaper than most in and around the area.

Beautiful facility and amenities but be very careful, they don’t do what they claim to be able to do. They talk a good talk but don’t execute. Very poor management and chronically understaffed. God help your loved one(s) if they are in the Memory wing….pulled our folks out after a year and they are now thriving in a new residence.
