Life Saver Pool Covers

I wish that I had better things to say about Brian and this company. While we were so excited to be moving into a house that had a pool, we knew that safety was important since we have a toddler. Our pool cover was installed last fall, however from the get go there were issues with the cover retracting properly. This was brought to the owners attention, but was never attended to. Since January, Our pool cover has been stuck open, and despite contacting Brian and having him come out to our house once, it remained open and unfixed until today, March 2. That means that we were stuck for roughly a month and a half with a backyard that was unusable and unsafe for our child. Additionally, when Brian came today, he left a large mess and broke one of our Tupperware bins, choosing to leave without cleaning it up, or letting me know what had happened. I’m disappointed that we paid so much for a product, and that the owner of the company can still treat our home with such disrespect. I’d check out some other options if I were in the market again.

We hired lifesaver pools to do a cover on our new pool when it was under construction. It was a very bad experience. The cover ripped within a month , never opened properly, they left a mess and they even punctured our new linner in the install. We ended up having to hire another company to come fix it and replace the new cover. It was really a disaster from the very beginning .
