Starbucks

So being an absolute coffee fanatic since the early days 80’s in Vancouver and in Seattle. Starbucks was a standard for all others. As of late the coffee tastes watered down and something is missing. It almost seems that no one can provide consistent quality across the board over decades. It’s too bad I always paid for the quality, although now quality is not what Starbucks stands for. I have been to each of the locations in the past 2 months and some days it’s good other it’s not drinkable. Shame on Starbucks!

The staff is wonderful and service is good, I just wish they’d fix their Starbucks card machine soon

asked for a drink with no berries and received berries, also asked for an iced coffee and tasted horrible and looked off. the worker did not seem very happy to be there and was not paying attention. would not recommend

The staff here is just wonderful!! Especially the two that stand out most - Chris and the other lady who is a foreign descent (total sweetheart), she makes the coffees usually and Chris works the till and bakery items! I love going here to get my coffee and a snack in the morning, they are always on the morning shift during the week - super welcoming, and very personal in the kindest way! These two deserve a raise and to be recognized as they go above and beyond to make customers feel special and look forward to coming back to this Starbucks. Other Starbucks staff at other locations are not very friendly. Oh and I should mention, my drinks are always made deliciously perfect! ❤️

This Starbucks location might have the best staff in the city. They very quickly learned my name and are often confirming my order before I even reach the front counter. They also engage in conversation with almost every customer even while creating your drink order. I have seen this engagement with multiple customers and you can tell they have built a very loyal customer base with this attention to detail with their customer service.

I love coffee just as much as anyone else; but what makes this place even better is their customer service! Excellent location to get away and get some work or in my wife’s case get some quiet time away from the kids ;)It’s a go to place for all my meetings; conveniently located downtown good parking it’s an easy back pocket location for a quick last minute meeting.Proven foods is a leader in the food industry and customer service. Great company!A must go!

I was skeptical to go because the parking lot and location. They have 30 minute parking spots, was not busy at 8 am, and the service was fast. Drinks seem to be richer ( refreshers were packing with berries and not all ice ) definately be I'll be visiting again! Staff was very friendly and fast

Super friendly staff. They make my order just the way I like it. Love the green tea Frappuccino 1/2 the sugar and don’t forget the real whip cream.

I can only really give this three stars because it's not like this review is likely to be useful for anyone anyways. They have Starbucks virtually everywhere and they're all virtually the same everywhere. If you're ordering coffee and I picked you up and dropped you at another Starbucks in Toledo without you knowing it you wouldn't actually no until you left the store and probably for some time after that that you were actually in a different city. No one is going to read read a review on Starbucks. I'm going to stay agnostic but even if I thought this was the best coffee on Earth it would be doing a disservice to give it 5 Stars so it popped up at the top of everybody's because they want to see Unique Local shops reviewed it would just get in everyones way because everybody knows there's a Starbucks reasonably nearby nearby so if you're looking at this you're really just looking for the address and maybe directions.Really if you're looking for a Starbucks you're not really looking for a review anyways. You know you know if you like it. You know if you just wouldn't ever go there on principle. You've got a few things there that you know and you know what you like. The one bit of advice that I can give you it's a any isseasonal themed" you are going to either immediately develop a short-lived addiction or just spend the night wondering why they went to all the time and effort to fit Pumpkin into coffee.THIS IS A STARBUCKS. It is what it is."

Had a bad experience, she took 40 minutes to make drinks and still it was not what we ordered.
