Solid food court option for American-style Chinese food with generous portions and nice staff. Great for takeout.

This is the place you want to get Chinese in Richmond Centre. Food is good and fresh. Staff is nice enough. It’s a tad pricey but it’s fine. Big portions.

A pretty tasty meat and rice stall in the Richmond center food court. They have quick service and are great for lunch. The meat is well cooked but is tasty due to the overly sugary bbq sauce they place on it. Parking is from the mall with access to the rooftop being the closest. Transit visitors come through the Canada line stop or three major bus hub.

Place has gone downhill compared to what it was. I’m on the autism spectrum and I can hear the older ladies laugh about me in their language, which is extremely rude. Due to my condition, my voice sounds a bit slow and different. The selection and quality has also gone down hill since last year. Sometimes the meat tastes a bit odd and they no longer have some of the better tasting fish options, including shrimp.

Pretty disappointing customer service. The food is not that much better.

The food here used to be acceptable, but nowadays it just isn't good enough (even for food court standards).Noodles and dishes are either bland or too salty; nothing in the middle of the spectrum. At $13.85 after tax for the cheapest combo, the prices aren't too economical either.

What you'd expect from food court food. Had Combo 2 for $14.29 with 1 meat option, 2 vegetables, and noodles or rice. They had lots of meat choices and I ended up picking the Bourbon Chicken. Found it flavourful enough and received a good portion. The variety of vegetables left something to be desired (green beans, zucchini, broccoli, corn). The menu pictures show eggplant but it wasn't an option, and I'm not sure if they even offer it as I haven't gone here before. They didn't have tea available that day for lunch, which would have costed $2.15, but were able to provide complimentary hot water.

Really confused. I thought this was BBQ. I got the Louisiana chicken, black pepper chicken and rice. The chicken was the exact same as the Chinese stall. Did they just share? Neon pink glaze chicken and Chinese flavoured rice. AVOID. I hope this place shuts down.

My wife went and ordered Mango Chicken and Bourbon Chicken. On their menu, they had 2 sizes: Small ($12.95) and Regular ($17.45). They showed her 2 different containers. She pointed at the larger one and assumed this was regular since they only had 2 sizes on the menu. When it came time to pay, they charged her $26 per meat, instead of $17.45. My wife asked why, and they said they have a larger size" thats not on the menu

Pros: The lady taking my order was nice.Cons: Not very tasty...Bourbon Street Grill has always been my go-to food court stall because it has good tasting, fresh food. However, this location is vastly different compared to the one in Twassessen and Metrotown, and even the ones that I've been to in Saskatchewan and Toronto. The staple dish, Bourbon Chicken, does NOT taste like the bourbon chicken I'm used to. It has a different glaze to it, almost like what the Chinese BBQ places use for their cha siu" (BBQ pork). In addition to the sauce being different
