Timely and proffessional.

I hired Gerry Gordon in Nov/2018 to processs the paperwork for the sale of my Fathers condo in Osoyoos. My Father was passing away due to Cancer so I handled all his financing. My Father passed away Dec 3/2018. The condo sale possession date was Jan 9/2019, so I paid the condo fees in full for Jan/2019. When the sale went through on Jan 9/2019, and the proceeds (net of Gerry and realtor fees) were deposited in my late Fathers bank account, Gerry deducted payment for the Jan/2019 condo fees for $324.10 in full. When I emailed Gerry that I had already paid the Jan/2019 condo fees, he replied and said once the condo management confirms my payment has cleared, he would then reimburse me for his deduction in full. My payment to the condo board cleared in early Jan/2019. Fast forward to Mar 12/2019, I still haven’t been reimbursed. Since Jan 9/2019, Gerry and his assistant has only replied to one email, which was only a picture of my cheque with no address, plus a picture of a letter of reimbursement but with a wrong mailing address. Nothing written in the email. I’m now filing a complaint with law society in BC. All this over $324.10 that should be paid to my late Fathers estate.

NEVER EVER has responded to telephone calls or emails. Not once.

I too had a terrible experience with Mr. Gordon after selling my house I found errors or omissions over $3000 to our loss! There were 6 errors causing this loss, all errors were to our loss. Figure the probability: that's 1 chance in 64 of each error being a loss unless it was deliberate. So like the person below, we lost a great deal in our property sale thanks to Gordon G A.The only reason one star above is highlighted is this app forced me to at least highlight one; it should be a zero star indicator as I was thoroughly disgusted!Donald LawlorMy experience is very much like Mr. Quinn Cadman's. Our property closing was December 2020. The Adjustment made was incorrect as Mr. Gordon agreed to the loss by us of $3396.30. We made 2 visits and 6 emails to Gerald Gordon detailing the error to which he agreed. He told us we would have the $3396.30 refunded. We have yet to receive any phone call, email or acknowledgement of this, even though they have agreed to their error.I have begun a case with the BC Law Society but this takes time, and still half a year later we are still at loss for $3396.30.I would not recommend using this law firm for anything unless you don't mind losing your money.

GREAT customer service from receptionist to Gerry himself. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and my questions were handled with respectful discretion.
