Owner was rude and condescending. They professed that there was no way my chimney was safe to use, without even seeing it. It has since been inspected, by another company who evidently is more willing to take my money, and is cleared hot. Its just common sense"

I was in a bind as I had another chimney replacement done (cash sale no receipt) recently and my chimney plugged up in 2 weeks causing smoke damage and fire dept said it could have been much worse . One being that my insurance would not have covered it as no receipt and done incorrectly according to fire dept superviser. Kenny from Ace Chimney was here in no time and replaced the liner for a fair price and put my mind at ease. Has worked perfectly for 5 years now. Another interesting point is that initially during a routine cleaning before any repairs were done , I was told that my brick chimney liner had cracks and could not be bored out to install new liner without risk of damage therefore may need complete new chimney. So after it was butchered by incompetent liner installer Kenny came to my rescue . Bored out chimney and installed proper liner with no damage to the well built brick assembly. Thankyou Ace Chimney!
