Another car mechanic found the issue within a day and solved. Car turns on now but had to pay the repair myself. Avoid their lemon and struggles with VSA.

I don’t usually write reviews unless I have an exceptional experience, either positive or negative. There is always trepidation when buying a used car, whether from a private seller or a used car dealer. During this process of finding and purchasing a car for my wife our experience was totally positive in all our dealings with Absolute Motor Cars. From the first contact by phone to the final purchase of the car it was a pleasure to deal with Shawn, Dragos and Edgar. They were courteous, respectful, professional and efficient throughout. We had been to few dealerships looking for cars and the comment from both my wife and I when we left Absolute Motor after the first viewing was they just seemed like the most trustworthy people we had dealt with. Not necessarily a reflection on the other places we visited but you just felt that Shawn was sincere. We had narrowed our list down to 3 vehicles at various dealerships and went back to Absolute first because of that feeling of trust. As it turns out it was well placed. Shawn found us a great deal on some new tires that was passed on directly to us. A week after we had purchased the Mercedes a trouble light appeared in the car. No questions asked they told me to immediately bring the car back and they took care of it! You have to love a used car dealership that stands behind their product. I would highly recommend dealing with the crew at Absolute Motor Cars!

I am very happy with the service i received from Edgar and Sean. We did alot of the paperwork before i got there. I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge Limited. There were a couple sensor lights that he wrote in the contract he would fix at no cost to me. He also saved me quite a bit of money the more we talked the more money I saved which I greatly appreciate. When I was driving the vehicle home I opened the moonroof and it stopped working luckily for me it was a dry night out long story short Edgar assured me that he would fix it at no cost to me. Right now that’s exactly what’s being done they had to replace the whole moonroof and he’s paying for all of it. I have bought many cars from used car dealerships and I’ve never experienced the service that I did at absolute. I highly recommend Edgar and Sean and their whole team . Everybody knows it’s scary buying a used car but I feel that Edgar is honest and he’s demonstrated that to me throughout the whole process. I can’t wait to get my car back and thank you for fixing all the little things

They are selling defective cars. People working there are totally scammers. They are so nice until you get a deal and then they show their real face to you after you getting so many issues with defective car. Not recommend to anyone.

terrible service for a car we purchased within the last 12 months. Terrible attitudes towards customers. highly suggest going else where !they lie in thier reviews yes my fiancé purchased the card but they were nothing but in helpful i will be posting documentation on the comment the owner deleted as well as the year of the car and proof we had to pay for breaks not even 3 months after purchasing the carif any one wants personal documentation to back my claim please reach out i called asking why the owner claimed the car was 10 years old we bought it in july/august so breaksneeding to be done twicethe issue is not cost it's the fact there was missing filters and bad breaks installed.if you purchase a vehicle from here please have a secondary inspector so you don't get a lemoni also fully understand you arent people who help charity cases as you most likely don't make enough in auto sales to even make a charity write offwish you the bestbuy please to any one do more research on bettercar dealerships so you don't have to suffer the abuse of words said by the owner below. I have never seen something so unprofessional typed out by an owner of a businessalso if any one is able to provide the owner free people skills he can bennifit from them greatly

Edgar gave me excellent customer service, he helped me process my credit very quickly and with very good conditions. The best thing has been the after-sales service that I have had with the workshop.
