This place made my friend's birthday better than we could have ever asked for. The servers and the supervisor Omar went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning. I also love Tumble Tuesdays!

Waited for more than 15 minutes and the place was empty.. more than 5 waiters are free and non of them came to take my order. It's the place if you wana feel discriminated.

Ale starting to host drag shows is a highlight for me - seeing two national drag superstars there has been amazing. Has always been a beautiful venue in my opinion.

I believe that all clients should be treated equally regardless who they are, yellow, black or white or how they look like. Visited this area with friends just to show them what we have in Kingston but our experience was not pleasant because how we were treated and not given a chance to talk to a manager to let them know that they need to improve their services and how they treat customers especially those from minority populations. We waited for 35 mins on the door because we didn’t reserve a table which was okay, but the guy on the door let 4 groups in even though they didn’t have reservations. Then his supervisor asked him to let his friends in and he was feeling guilt of keep doing it while we stand there and watching. So he let us in which we were happy about then sat for an hour without any service or even a grass of water! We finally placed our order but our server served 4 times a table beside us while we still waiting for our first order. We tried to tell them that that was not fair but refused to listen even serves us. We changed the location as no person should have experienced that or been treated that way. I thank all staff for great work that you do but hope that the management and servers will keep trying to do better and improve your customer service as it may affect clients’ experience. Good customer service=equality for all without any discrimination.

Expensive drinks and terrible atmosphere, unsafe environment suited for frat boys trying to spike people’s drinks. Do not come to ale house.

An employee shoved me out of line at another nightclub. I shoved back into line beside my friend. He told me he worked an Ale and had this place’s logo on his shirt. A bystander told me he was referring to this pub. I couldn’t find the employee afterward but I found the interaction rude and not representative of someplace I want to visit.

Being 50, one would think one wouldn't have to carry I'd. Kid that asked for it,.was barely 19 and my girl 51 and I went to spend some money and got denied entry.. Been in his position prior as security for over 25 years but yet knew who to ask and not to.. Paper doorman anymore, not like it used to be. Won't step within the place even with I.d.

Excellent small venue for live music! Plenty of locations to place yourself so that you're not getting pushed around by the crowd, several bars to choose from, more than one coat check, great setup for will call, pricing excellent. Staff are fantastic, and the venue is easygoing.
