I am writing this letter to complain the worst service what I experienced located at TD 220 Commerce. I would like to report a person who is a failure in duty and terrible. She causes me loss of my time and psychological damage.First of all, I ordered business cheque on October 25th, 2021 at 220 Commerce Valley Dr W U 100, Markham TD bank location. I preferred to receive it either my house or nearby my house, however, I was required either the branch where I order or business address. Therefore, I had to decide to receive it my business address. The reason why, 220 Commerce branch is one hour far from my house. Furthermore, I do not visit business address these days at all since I work at home and it also is far one hour from my house. I had no choice. I had been waiting over ten days, however, I did not receive the cheque or any notification. I had to use it from November 5th, 2021, therefore, I could not just wait like stupid. I called the branch and was spoken with more than three people there, however, nobody was not willing to help me and it was useless. They told me that it was not paid, therefore, it also was not ordered and they also said that they could not be aware of it. They kept telling me that the person who ordered did not work when I called, therefore, they had no idea. They also told me that they did not keep any cheque for me. They all made strange remarks. I definitely ordered and received the receipt as well. Therefore, I had to order another cheque different company since I had to use it.In addition, after a few days, on November 8th, 2021, I found that they charged me $187.76 my account and it was price for the cheque. I called again on November 10th, 2021 to verify it. The person told me the delivery company and tracking number. I checked right away the delivery company. It was UPS and I had to visit the delivery company myself despite I was really busy on November 11th, 2021 and visited right away to pick it up.It was Vaughan and their main warehouse. It was really far from my place. However, I was heard that it was returned. I totally do not understand why I had to spend my time for this matter. As a result, I did not gain anything and spent my valuable time and suffered psychological damage.Finally, how will you compensate my time? I have two babies and they cannot stay themselves, therefore, I had to come out with them all the time, moreover, despite I had no enough time, I tried to call and verify it several times, however, I did not receive any help from the branch and one of the rude staff hung up the phone. When it was paid they let me know the tracking number, however, unfortunately, it was already returned and nobody did not inform me and I had to drive over two hours with two babies. I have been using TD bank service, from this experience I cannot trust you anymore and I am not happy at all using your service. I take this matter very seriously and I will request legal advice for this issue.

Clean and lots of parking spot. May be a lot of business owners frequent this location, and have a lot of transactions to be done, time per customer seem to be rather long. So even they have 4-5 tellers working at the same time, still have to wait 10+ minutes on average.Also heard the teller complained about the cheque scanning machine is not working and cause delays to serve customers.

Sadly there is no zero star option so unfortunately i have to give one star to the rude (indian) woman at the help desk. I walked in here to get a new card since my card got stuck in this branch's self serve machine the night before and when i walked in to the help desk she was on the phone ignoring me for a few minutes then she gives me this awkward stare like i'm some alien and unwillingly asks can i help you so no hi nothing she made me feel very uncomfortable with her disgusting ignorant attitude. I'm trying to be polite and explain to her what happened my card and why i need a new one and instead of helping me and give decent customer service she's just staring at me with no expression and no interest in my talk. Finally she just gives me the card without saying a word ZERO friendliness and professionalism. I've been a long time td customer and i've never encountered behavior like this. In the end i had to go get another card from another td location since she didn't give me one that had tap and she didn't even ask me if i wanted tap or anything, thank you so much for wasting my time!!! What sane person would hire someone like this?? It's obvious she hates her job but that doesn't mean she has to be racist, lack customer service skills/manners and have a bad attitude. It's pretty embarrassing to have people like this work at the help desk representing td canada trust....

People were nice but the advisor was unable to start an application because they got locked out of their own internal ipad after not knowing the password?? No one in the branch knew the password??? Pretty unacceptable business practice, but at least the people were nice about it.

Getting spam called by Justina, one of the investment specialist in this branch, on today. Never had any contacts or dealings with her. Don't even know how she looks. Told her in the call not to contact me. Within 15 mins, got an email from Justina thanking me for taking the call and asked me to reach out to her. Which part of no" does she not understand?"

Don’t come to this branch! The Asian girl at the teller and the customer experience manager (her name is Farzaneh Sabzeh) at this branch is useless! I asked them questions on why my pre-authorized cheque was deposited a month in advance and the funds was withdrawn from my account and all they know how to say is ‘I don’t know’. What’s the point of an pre-authorized cheque then?

Worst branch. I like TD’s banking experience all the time except for this branch.They refused to make simple transaction even though all required IDs, documents and information are provided. Their excuse was “it’s a large amount and we don’t want to risk.”They pretend as if they are protecting their customers. In fact, they only cover themselves sacrificing customers’ convenience.If you have a deadline, and need to deal with whatever they think it’s a large amount, don’t come to this branch, they bring you unpredictable inconvenience.

I always come here to do business and I don't have a problem with any other person then this one women. I believe she is arabic and I think her name starts with an F but I dont rember what it is fully because she didn't have a name tag on. I always ask her to print multiple recipts and she NEVER listens. She then got rude when i ask to print them seperately and she said whats the difference".. I need it done this way all the time because of the documents for my work. I don't understand how someone can be in customer service when all im asking for is seperate reciepts"
