Our meal was the perfect portion size and cooked to order; calamari, rib eye steak. Carly, our server, took exceptional care of us. It was worth the visit and we plan to go back.

Breakfast. Eggs perfect. Coffee in carafe on table was reasonable but not great. Sausage was a little different, but tasty (I think it was spiced maybe with sage and savory). Fast, efficient, friendly service.But what moved it to a 5 was that I really hate processed Depp-fried potato cubes. They grilled me some left over potato. Outstanding service.

Disappointing service on the lounge side of the restaurant. Severely understaffed for agdays crowd. 1 waitress for 30 some people. Waitress did acknowledge us but after 45 minutes waiting for the menu I left. My friend stayed and joined another group there and just over 2hrs later he was finished 1 drink and some app's.

So last night we had their traditional Christmas dinner. We had it last year & it was fabulous! Covid restricted the amount of people but they made it work & did an awesome job! It was so delicious that we came back from Winnipeg this year & brought friends with us. Sadly we won't be back. This year we found the meal to be sub par. A buffet we can get every year at Altos in Winnipeg. The turkey was dried out & not a huge selection, the stuffing was tasteless. Last year they had broccoli & cauliflower & this year carrots. No perogies this year or crackers. The food lacked quality. Our biggest complaint was they ran out of dessert. When we arrived we noticed two individuals filling up takeout trays. They filled a big box full of sweets. How is that allowed at a buffet? Then some people were getting their meals & filling a plate of sweets before eating their main course in fear they will run out of dainties. Well they did! We had slim pickings unfortunately. I'm writing this review in hopes someone will read it from the management team & maybe improve next year's dinner back to the quality of Christmas in 2021.

Overpriced and seriously lacking in flavour. I ordered the Tequila Mango Chicken with a baked potato on the side. The chicken was extremely dry and flavourless and was a very small chicken breast. The baked potato was overcooked to the point where it was more like the consistency of mashed potatoes, very mushy. The meal also came with a side of broccoli but it was just two small pieces of steamed broccoli. Sadly that was the best thing on the plate. For $27 that meal was definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t eat here again. Good service, but unfortunately not good food.

Awesome customer service and great food. Usually go for wing night because they make some tasty wings. Alright place to play vlts, not very spacious so it can get crowded at times. Nothing bad to say, never had a bad experience. And free pop if your playing vlts.

Unbelievably terrible service. Servers were friendly but poorly trained. Inefficient at seating people and taking orders.There were 6 tables seated and we waited 15 minutes to get seated ourselves. Another 10 minutes pass so we got our own menus. Another 20 to get our orders taken. With a conference on and every hotel patron receiving a complimentary breakfast coupon, how do you not prepare for a rush.Plus side : food was OKAY.Will ONLY return with free coupons and will try to order ahead and pick up.
