The only reason that I have given one star is because there is no option to give zero.We purchased a couch and paid $1100. The seams ripped in the first two weeks. We sent emails and pictures with no response. We went to the store and was told that we had to provide them with the delivery date in order for them to action. This was done. Due to Covid shut downs this has dragged on and on.Finally we had someone respond and then pretty much ghost us so another trip to the store in person was made. We were told that the model we purchased less then a year ago is no longer being produced and that we would receive a store credit in the amount of our purchase to put towards another product.I asked for the business card of the individual and wrote the agreement on the card and had him sign it.Following up two days later I was told that they are trying to decide what kind of credit to give me. I mentioned the agreement and was told that they didn’t say that, even though I had a signature on the agreement.The couch seams have fallen apart in two areas with several other spots starting to go.These people do not sell quality items, they do not provide good customer service and do not stand behind their product.Buyer beware...spend your money elsewhere.

This is fantastic place to buy furniture. I been there today for their boxing week event. Staff was really helpful. I end up buying bedroom and living room sets. Great price for solid wood furniture. Strongly recommend the place.

The words cannot describe how satisfied we are about our sectional. Jist beautiful. One day I just walked into the store and looking around. I wanted velvet material but they didn't have velvet sectional I wanted. Then the sale agent , suggested that I can actually customize my own sectional. I was like you kidding?. He was like it would take 6 weeks though. I said let do this. I paid everything upfront. Surprisingly enough my sectional and ottoman was completed within a month. This is quality made and the whole family love it. We Will definitely recommend this store. Forget the brick or Leon..lol

This store deserves more than 5 stars. Best place for furniture, prices are reasonable, and excellent customer service. For last minute and fast delivery needs, this is the only store in Cambridge area. I got my furniture delivered and assembled in 1 day. Will be returning soon, for other rooms.

I bought sectional sofa, a king side bed, a night stand and a bedside lamp from this store for my recently renovated basement. Everything was professionally delivered and setup. Great price and customer service. My basement environment is definetly lifted by the quality of furniture.

Furniture Junction has been a good experience for me. Not only am I pleased with the goods, but I also think the services offered were excellent. I bought a recliner, and everyone who comes to see us compliments it. We had to phone the staff again to set it up, which we expected to be difficult, but the guys were just as friendly the second time. I would recommend this store as one of the best choices.

We recently purchased a couch. At first customer service was great. The sale person was helpful and said he could deliver it that day for us as long as my husband would help him load and unload it and build it ourselves. We still paid delivery.That night it was delivered and we were setting it up and noticed the arms were missing along with hardware. My husband called the guy that we were delaying with and advised him of this. He said he would take care of it when he is back in the store and to check the lounge. We did - nothing in there.I then attended when the store was back open and picked up the other part of the couch that the sale person had forgot to give us. I brought it to my house and lugged it in. Inside there was the hardware that was also missing.When then attached the first arm and went to attach the second arm and it was missing the metal that the screws would attach to. We then called the salesperson back and advised him. He told me that it should be there. I agreed with him and assured him it was just wood. He asked me to send a picture to him so he can contact the manufacturer. I did and asked if he could see what I was talking about. No response. Until now - no response. We ended up purchasing something to attach the arms.I WOULD NOT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. Better to just goto IKEA and build your furniture through them. At least you know if there are issues, it'll get resolved. Probably cheaper too! Save yourself the stress!

Update: I was told that sofa would stay in a great condition fir at least 5 years but its just been a year and I have started to feel wood below the sofa seats. Not happy with my purchase now.Recently got a sectional couch from furniture junction and we really really loved it so far. It looks amazing and looks sturdy as well. Will see how it holds in near future. They initially told us that it would take approximately 4 months to deliver because of current supply chain issue but got it within a month so really happy about it. We also asked them to change fabric colour later on and they managed to do that as well. In terms of customer service, I would recommend it to. In terms of quality of sectional, we still have to use it for some time.
