This is my fourth time using New Image Flooring. We are extremely disappointed with our floors. First the installers made a big mess because they used the saw inside the house. Shawn claimed they would never do that. I was here when they were working inside with the saw (assumed they would clean up their mess so I didn’t say anything) and sent pictures of the saw dust all over our freshly painted house.Next it took him months to repair the floors. Which were then not repaired correctly. Another installer was sent out to take a look. Nothing was ever done. So we followed up again and had to argue and send pictures all over again that the repairs were still outstanding. They finally came and did repairs …. Only to have the stairs let loose again. And nothing has ever been done. The step cap moves and there is gap in the joint.Edited to respond to Shawn’s response. Yes the cabinets were covered. They still cut boards and got sawdust all over the walls. It was your choice to remove toilets etc for the additional work as well as the other work was missed in your quote. We agreed on the lower rate as we had another competitive offer - that was your choice. It did not mean that the work shouldn’t be down properly. We didn’t pay the invoice until may - because it took that long to get you to come back and finish the work! Charged us $300, plus made us drive to deliver a floor board for you to precut to to the stair landing that the carpet cleaners damaged (when you needed to come here to do the other work anyways) and then chipped the board installing it again! The total from the original invoice was paid. It was the $300 we were charged for repairs that wasn’t paid and our floors still aren’t fixed properly.

I just replaced the carpet in my house with Luxury Vinyl Plank and New Carpet. Shawn was amazing to deal with. Patient with all of my questions and ready to help when problems came up. He was knowledgeable with the products and gave us advice on which ones he would recommend. I got Quotes from a few different companies and New Image Flooring was the best value in my opinion.Sam and his crew were the installers and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. After the Vinyl Plank was installed, I noticed some marks on some boards. It turned out they were manufacturing defects. Shawn and Sam coordinated with me and came back to replace all of the boards. It made everything stress free. I would definitely recommend New Image Flooring.

Syno was very helpful with choosing my porcelain tile and providing a complete estimate. The installers were here on the date agreed upon. Juan and Carlos were excellent in the demolition and replacement of the floor tile. They worked every day until the job was completed. I highly recommend New Image Flooring!

Marek at the showroom was extremely helpful and patient, he understood our needs regarding function and style keeping budget on track. Installation crew led by Claudio was outstanding, extremely professional and on schedule. Claudio went as far as sending me pictures and calling to discuss esthetics, pattern layout and color matching as I was out of town. Turned out is fantastic! I purchased flooring through New Image Flooring in 2019. They did an excellent job with installation and were very professional. Shawn did an excellent job providing me with information regarding the flooring. The price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job communicating with me about any price changes. Just a few weeks ago, I got a hole replaced in my carpet and Shawn was so easy to deal with. Highly recommend this company!!

After buying a home in Edmonton, I desperately needed to change the old, smelly carpet. I reached out to 6 different companies to get a quote. Out of the 6 companies, New Image Flooring was the fastest in terms of response time, fair pricing, and a quick installation.I reached out on a Sunday, the following Monday was a holiday but Shawn still reached out to let me know he would follow up on Tuesday with more information. He was at my house by Thursday with samples and measured for a quote. Less than 24 hours, I had a great quote in my inbox and we moved forward with scheduling. He was able to schedule for the next weekend that worked for us. The Installation Technician arrived on time, was professional, quick and did a phenomenal job. The carpet is great quality and looks excellent. Shawn followed up with us to check in and see how our installation went.I could not be more satisfied! Highly recommend New Image Flooring.
