Randy came out after hours to help us with our dog who was ready to chase rabbits over the rainbow Bridge and Randy was very professional and sympathetic. He checked on my poor girl and seen it was time.. she no longer is in pain!!Thank you Randy for what you do for the community and the pets within the community!!

Randy is a good man that cares about his job and animals. He help me with my dog and was very sympathetic about our loss.

Our 2 year old English Springer Spaniel was exhibiting aggressive behaviour. He flipped out and lunged at my husband, and then went after our 10 year old Springer. We tried for 9 months with him, but Springer Rage took over and we were unable to get him to reset. We became afraid. Randy was very kind, came quickly and agreed that Levi would never be rehomeable. We made the horriblely hard decision to put him down for safety. Randy was very kind helpful and made the decision easier.Thank you Randy!

Very old school animal control. Services are similar to those 30 years ago. So much has been learned over the years but you can't change an old school mindset.

Randy Bidan is only in it for the money. He doesn't return telephone messages in a timely manner and when he does it's too late to pick up your pet. and then he charges you for overnight impound. If you complain he will threaten you with a $500.00 fine. Report him to the Municipality Bylaw Department

This is run by a bad man who lies. Randy Bidan. Dogs are crying and screaming on site with no supervision. He is the proprietor. This is a private business owned by him and contracted to him by the township.If you have complaints do not call this number. He will not file it and pretend to address it. Contact Tiny Township office or your local counsiller.

Had randy come out to educated a house full of crackheads about dog care. He followed up and told us they informed them “one more time of your dog getting out and full punishment” dog has been reported out many times since and randy won’t even call back or stop by to get the malnourished, sickly dog. He picks and chooses Willy nilly because we have small children in this neighbourhood and dog gets out all the time. It’s been 2 weeks since the dogs reported loose for the second go around. I wish he cared for the communities he serves more thoroughly- not only is the dog not getting proper care, but it risks all the children around here. Proof of dog abuse was emailed to him and everything. Dog was on property a week before they brought out a water dish…. Come on randy! Get it together!
