I’m filing a Dispute Resolution for the loss of amenities and lack of following the RTA per notifying residents and offering rent reduction. If you’d like to contact me and contribute, I’ve created an email:parque.resolution@gmail(dot)comBuilding bought out by CAPREIT and announced it the day the property changed hands by leaving folders at our door. We were given no heads up. The change in management has honestly been the worst I've ever experienced (so far). I'll update this review if they improve.1) Took away the car share program and left residents with no mobility who moved here solely for that reason. They also didn't follow the Residential Tenancy Act regarding taking away amenities.2) The new cleaning people do a spotty job compared to the previous crew.3) Emailing the management regarding rent payments and other issues and they're non-responsive. They'll respond to one question in an email but ignore the rest. The phone line isn't even a direct line to the building manager.4) From what I've been told, they've raised parking from 50 to 100 for new residents after the building changed hands. Not cool.5) They spam you with newsletters via email, i.e. tenant insurance (STOP, WE ALREADY HAVE IT).

This building allowed tenants in as of August 2022. I moved in here Sept of 2022. I was promised a pickleball court and a fire pit on the rooftop patio. The advertisements showed people and their dogs enjoying the rooftop patio. Dog owners have to prove they're responsible. Child owners do not have to prove anything, because of human rights laws and all that. Dogs are not actually allowed on the roof. Children are. Before I had a chance to move in, within the first month of this building being opened, a child was on the roof playing with the remote control of the covered fire pit. They set the fire cover on fire and it blew off the roof in flames. Almost a year later and the entire building still does not have access to the fire pit. I personally was looking forward to using that fire pit. This is the most expensive place I've ever lived. I've been given a rent increase for the one year anniversary of me living here. Soon I'll be paying over 1900/m for 500 square feet and a parking spot. And no fire pit.The pickleball court has no net, so you have to use your imagination.Other than the fact I'm feeling ripped off and bitter, it's a pretty great place to live. Nice neighbours for the most part. Except for the raging lunatic with the red madza 6 who screamed and swore at me for following the rules and not allowing him to follow me into the parkade. He lives here too.

Very good companyEdit:New management abruptly took over. Forced all residents onto their new systems. Also now removing the car share program. Hopefully things will work out but very concerned.

Great location. Unique floor plans. The amenities are awesome. Kantic was really accommodating, which we really appreciated

I moved here with the hopes and dreams of all the luxury amenities and extras this building had to offer. One year in, building has been sold and taken over and since the take over nothing has been done to maintain anything. Landscaping, entertainment areas, fire pit useage and bbq area.. rent has gone up, everything else has gone down drastically. We were promised live in property management and now have someone ‘in office’ on location apparently. If they were here, you’d think they’d be aware of what’s going on or lack of Myself and many others in here are very disappointed with the Capreit takeover and hope that things will change.
