I wanted to share my experience working with Amanda. We were moving my mom into an assisted living apartment which was very difficult and stressful. The first time we met with Amanda she alleviated the stress of selling the house. She was very clear and helpful with getting the house ready. She had great resources and was willing to help organize what she could. We had many people view the home and had a few offers the following week. The house sold very quick which indicates she was right on with the price of the house. I would highly recommend Amanda.
