Jason and Lisa are superheroes. They removed the lingering nicotine smell from my home, and now I can properly enjoy all my living spaces. I’ve never before seen so much thoroughness and attention to detail. As an added bonus they are friendly, accommodating, and became my dog’s best friend! Ten stars out of 5, really amazing work and amazing people.

Due to a humidity problem in my crawl space I called on PuroClean for help. Jason Ness came and gave me excellent service. He was able to bring the humidity down to correct levels - no easy task as it was at a high level. He then totally cleaned my crawl space - a difficult and miserable 8 hour job. It was a pleasure to have Jason working for me, I felt he went above and beyond what was needed , I would highly recommend this company.

Jason and Lisa from Puroclean Nanaimo were hired to clean a rental unit that was left in a extremely filthy state that required biohazard professionals. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and communicated with us frequently about progress etc. They came when they said they would, worked very efficiently, and left the unit clean. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We bought a fifth wheel trailer that the previous owner smoked in.PuroClean came right away even though they were extremely busy- to accommodate us. They cleaned everything and used a ozone generator overnight. They did an amazing job and we highly recommend them and would defiantly use their services in the future.
