Excellent service starting from the receptionist to the physician. Easy to book an appointment. I did my ultrasound today, they were ontime, and the physician Ann did my ultrasound, she was so kind and gentle, therefore, I was so relax. Ann and another physician I think her name is Leanne, they both are so professional and meticulous in checking me. I hope I will receive my result as soon as possible. I give this place 5 stars.

I went for bone densitometry on Friday, April 28.The front staff were courteous.The technician was the worst in terms of professionalism.Before I was to step into the room, he asked me Are you wearing bands or zippers?" I was wearing a vest and a loose shirt and . replied that my vest has zippers. He then lifted up my loose shirt to check what I wore under the shirt. I felt very insulted and violated.Gregg & Associates SHOULD NOT hire any one who has no manners

We went there for my moms abdominal ultrasound on a Saturday. We had an appointment so there was literally no wait. The young Caucasian technician lady that we saw was super attentive, caring and kind (as my mom has dementia). Totally brightened our day, thank you so much to the young lady!!

My family doctor booked a reservation for me and I called in the office because I had a question. The receptionist was super helpful and answered my questions with such kindness. As I stepped in for my booking, the front staff was helpful as well. Abby who did my ultrasound was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable. I was a bit worried because of the online ratings, but my experience was great with Greig Associates. Thank you, guys!

In for a ultrasound that requires a full bladder. You book an appointment, told to make sure you’re fully hydrated and they’re not on time. They’re not on time for someone requiring a time sensitive appointment. Staff is polite and facilities are fine but I was not happy to have an extra wait to my day.

Had my routine pelvic US done here today and I must say I was more than impressed than the previous visits. Firstly, I was catered inside the room on time. Secondly, Hannah, my sonographer went over and beyond on her job. She was very gentle and I did not feel the pain when she started the process compared to my last visits. She was also very cheerful and full of smiles that radiates with her patients and it makes you worry less about the outcome of your test result. Thank you, Hannah! Overall, kudos to all the staff and management of Greig’s!

I was honestly really nervous going in for my 9 week pregnancy US after reading those negative reviews even tho I have had many good experiences at this place in the past.My US technician was super nice, she made sure I wasn’t too uncomfortable having full bladder, and she told me baby’s heartbeat right away, that made me felt so much better.About 10 min later she called in my husband and we both got to see baby in the monitor and she never rushed us, and gave us copies of pictures at the end.Overall it was very quick yet detailed appointment, really appreciate the technician.

Went for an abdominal ultrasound back on January 19th, 2023 at 8:00am, and just taking the time to submit my review now. I am not sure of the name of the technician who did my ultrasound, but I did want to commend her on her professionalism and friendly manner, which put me at ease. Sincere thanks to whomever that technician was.

I have regular ultrasound done at this location and the staff here have been friendly and attentive. Technicians are professional and try as much as they can to address my anxiety and concerns during the procedures. Thank you for all the wonderful assistance!

The front staff are pleasant and do their best, but I was incorrectly told over the phone that my requisition from a private clinic in Montreal would be accepted. On my arrival, my requisition was not accepted as it was from Quebec and I was then given more incorrect information that I needed to go to my family doctor in BC, get an x-ray requisition from him, in order to have the x-ray completed. My family doctor's office had said that Greig Associates would accept the requisition from the private clinic and that I didn't need one from him. I said so. They insisted that they could not do it. I had called ahead to make sure that there would be no issues because it has only been 2 weeks since my surgery, my mobility is very limited and transportation is difficult for me.I called the next closest x-ray location and they accepted my requisition! The paperwork from Quebec is a little more complicated, but they were willing to do it and I completed my x-rays within hours of Greig and Assoc. telling me that I had to go back to my family doctor, which would have entailed weeks of delay, which would have delayed my post-op appointment with my surgeon next week... all because the supervisory staff at Greig Associates were ignorant at best, or lazy and dishonest at worst.
