My carpets look great. Marcus was professional, on time, and was able to move a couch we could not move. The carpets didn't dry as fast as he said they would, but I'm guessing the weather had something to do with that.

Marcus was absolutely wonderful! He did a great job on our tile, grout, and rubber flooring! It smells so great in the office! He made it so easy to schedule after hours! He got back to me so quickly and was extremely professional.

I would highly recommend these guys! I bought this couch from marketplace, and I did not think the stains in the arms or other areas would come out. The arms were smoothed over with dirt and grime. Now the couch looks like new! Best money I’ve spent in a long time. They were also very professional, communicated wonderfully, and were right on time. I will be using them again for any future needs!

I am SO pleased. I've never used ChemDry before, and was unhappy with the previous company that cleaned our rugs, so on impulse, I contacted Marcus. Absolutely professional and great communication! They arrived early and did an amazing job. I was aware the parlor rug was soiled, but the difference was incredible once they finished. The rugs look like new again. I highly recommend!!!!July 26, 2022My 2nd cleaning with Marcus, and the same exceptional experience as the 1st time. The rugs are already dry and beautifully clean. You cannot go wrong with Nature's Chem-Dry! Thanks guys - the rugs look so good, I don't want to walk on them!

We moved into our home 3 years ago and had another carpet cleaning service clean our carpets prior to moving in. We had many stains even after the other company cleaned and just accepted that we would need new carpets soon. About a year later my parents recommended Natures Care Chem-Dry come the next time we needed carpets cleaned due to multiple pet accidents from our new puppy. Marcus not only got those stains out from our pet but the ones the previous carpet cleaning service could not get out! We still have the same carpeting from when we moved in and have had Marcus clean our carpets twice now and they look brand new each time. Truly impressed with his work. He is very kind and professional, I would recommend him tenfold for your cleaning needs!

Marcus did a fantastic job! After living at our home for 3 years, I'd used a different carpet cleaning company each year due to having a large dog. Nothing compares to what chem dry has done to our carpet, it looks brand new! it smells great and spots came out that the other companies couldn't! I will use them again

I am super impressed!! My carpets are the cleanest they have ever been and they are completely dry!! I cannot believe how fast they dried. I have 2 cats and a puppy that had ALOT of accidents while potty training. The carpets now look and smell great. They also cleaned my hardwood floor and it looks awesome. Marcus was super nice and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend!!!!

Very pleased with the service I received today from Marcus and his helper (Lucas, I think). They were on time, very professional, explained all the processes they were going to use and were very thorough. Carpets look GREAT! Even got out a couple of stains I wasn't sure would come out. Will definitely use again.

Nature's Care Chem-Dry
Our golden retriever had an accident on our living room carpeting. Needless to say, our entire house smelled horrible! Marcus emailed me within 3 hours of my contacting him. He was kind enough to work us in between 2 other jobs that day, which I was so grateful for. He did a fantastic job and got rid of the odor completely. Not only did he do a great job, he was friendly and knowledgeable and advised me of what to do if this should happen again. He also said I shouldn't hesitate to contact him if the odor doesn't go away. I would definitely call Marcus again. I was very impressed!
