I have been going to Amy Nails for over 5 years and had many services during this time. My first and every service since has been with Phoebe. I have been happy from my first experience and every service after that. Phoebe is exceptional in every way. She is professional, personable and always ensures that you are happy with your experience. Highly recommended!

When you get the right person your nails will look amazing. Their nails last long, out of the 4 times I’ve done my nails here, only 1 fell off. Appointments are easy to get when you call in and there have a wide variety of colours. They often call to change the appointment (they ask you to come in earlier) which I don’t like but it could work for some people.

I’ve been going to Amy’s Nails for a while now and the service there is amazing! Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly and treats you with the most respect. I’ve been getting my nails done by Phoebe and she is so talented!!! She always runs with whatever idea I have for my nails and makes it better. She also comes up with new designs and creative ways to make my nails pop! She takes her time, is precise and makes you feel so comfortable. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I would recommend her to anyone! My go to place to get my nails done :)

Worst nail experience I've ever had. The owner, who I believe is Amy is very rude, un professional, and has no idea how to deal with clients.All she cares about is the money. I've had my bio gel fill for 4 days and they are already falling apart. I went in to get my money back and she said no, we'll fix them.Why would I want them to even touch my nails after such a bad job the first time. My nails are all uneven and lumpy, and u can see the brush strokes.If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not recommend using this over priced business. If the job was done better maybe they could justify their prices.

very nice and funny staff. no complaints, other than a limited selection of colours- I asked for around 3 different colours before they had one in stock. Fair prices and decent work.

My mom made appointments for herself, my sister and I to get our nails done and a pedicure. My grandfather was in palliative care and she forgot about her appointment Saturday and didn’t have time to answer rightfully so. I called back Monday to rebook feeling bad and the owner had ZERO sympathy and my grandfather passed Sunday. I kept telling her we had a death in the family and she didn’t care told me we better show up for this appointment early. My mom felt after hearing that maybe she should cancel and did 3 hours before and again Amy has no sympathy and was rude. Even hung up on my mom. Amy you need to take a customer service course. The way you treated our family during a death was unacceptable. I’d give 0 stars if I had the chance. Not going here again not worth my business

Such a nice place to get your nails done. Ladies do not rush and they don’t force you to get something that you don’t want. Always asking questions in between. And you don’t get a different total at the counter than you see on the labels.

I had a very bad experience at amy salon work is really sloppy especially the one with the big round face she also has a very bad attitude and doesn’t know what she’s doing I do not recommend coming here if your looking for neat work.
