Was just there this evening and the lady working was amazing. We needed a harness asap and she was incredibly helpful and so kind with our dog.Absolutely recommend.

This is a pet friendly place!!!! Staff are very friendly and helpful, they have harnesses to fit and name tags to suit your fur baby and all kinds of food and toy's.....

Wags to Whiskers has the best selection of natural, healthy dog and cat foods/treats/products and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff who are true animal lovers! They also carry awesome toys and recently even tough toys for power chewers. Favourite pet store by far - highly recommended!

I used to shop here as it was the only place to get pet food for my dog as she has allergies. Thankfully I've found another pet store to special order the food in for me. Every time I've walked in this store I've had a negative experience with staff including management. I was also recommended to go against my vets advice which drew the line for me.

I told the employee working there how big my cat was like her weight and an estimate of what size collar I think would fit her and she obviously didn't listen because she sold me a $13 cat collar which wouldn't fit a hampster. This is the 3rd time I was sold the wrong size item that I needed.
