Had a wonderful experience here! I dealt with another seamstress for 8 months prior to my wedding who fell off the face of the earth 1 month to my wedding day. I had a baby and needed my wedding dress altered and was stressed to say the least. Smart stitch came to the rescue, took me right away, altered my dress and got it back 1 week prior to my wedding date!! They did a great job! Will use again.

Dropped off three pairs of pants for general alterations and was so pleased with the results/timing/pricing! I had also brought a bridesmaid dress for possible alteration and she couldn't find anything. Super find in Barrhaven!

I have been going to Smart Stitch for years and received excellent and fast service every time. They are the best at altering anything even remotely complicated, I had an evening gown with a curly zipper and they figured out that the lining was too tight and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend Smart Stitch.

Horrible Rude Service. Blamed ME that they could not get in touch with me - even though they would not leave a message. I dropped in twice to see how things were going with my order and no one knew what was going on and could not get in touch with the owner. Waited 2 weeks for something that should have only have taken a few days. I told them it was for a very important occasion, but because of the poor service I missed the event - I was very disappointed! I would not want anyone else to have to go through what I did.
