Dropped my iPhone XS and watched as it progressed from bright green and pink lines to the black screen of death. Took it to the Apple Store and they didn’t even look at it. Told me it would be $365 + tax to fix and tried to sell me on a brand new phone. Emailed Direct Cell this morning and told them what happened. They responded quickly, told me to bring it in and quoted a price MUCH more reasonable than the Apple Store. Went in this afternoon and they had it repaired within a half hour! Not only did they fix it, they were so friendly and courteous!I highly recommend this business. Thanks so much for your help guys!

Dean was helpful from the time we walked in the door! He helped us decide that it was well worth it to replace both of our iPad screens and gave us a good deal! When one screen wasn’t working right after we picked them up, he quickly checked it out and replaced it. I feel confident that if we have any other issues, Direct Cell will be able and willing to help us out! I would recommend direct cell for any tech repairs!

Fantastic place and great service for my cell phone repair. I needed the camera glass replaced on my iPhone and they did much more than I originally anticipated to ensure it was done correctly. Works perfect! Also got some accessories while there and I would highly recommend them in the future!
