Great experience. Just purchased hardwood for the first time and Sammy was very kind and respectful and knowledgeable guiding us and educating us to pick the best hardwood for our new home. Would definitely come back here for all future flooring needs.

I had a flood in 2022 that affected the carpeting in my basement. I met with Tara of Carpet One to review what was needed and he recommended replacement. The Insurance company processing my claim agreed and Tara helped me choose suitable new carpeting and underpaid and his installer Ben came this week to install the carpet. He was on time and worked hard for about 6 hours to complete the installation.His work was good and he cleaned up when the job was done. I would recommend Carpet One for their excellent product, timely response and excellent work.

We had a great experience getting carpet installed from Carpet One. Bal was courteous and knowledgeable in explaining the different product. From the day we walked in, selecting of carpet, ordering and installing it took 10 days for the project to complete.Ben and Bobby showed up even during the snow storm to do the installation. They're great at what they do. Overall very satisfied with everything.

Excellent product, pricing and installation work. I had shopped around and felt competitive businesses were not be straightforward with me regarding all installation fees. Carpet One was detailed in their quote and even came to my home with a large sample and to measure, as I needed to match an existing floor. I felt they were very honest and trustworthy. Installer was very experienced and polite. Awesome experience!!! I recommend them.

Excellent service, lots of options at the store. Comparable prices. The sammy is very nice to deal with. They also have a contracted floor/carpet installer if you choose to use them. Very happy with the service and installation. I had one room to do, it was done quickly and nicely.I would definitely recommend.

Great experience dealing with Sammy. I was on the hunt for a great quality vinyl flooring at a reasonable price. Sammy was able to work with my budget and find me the best flooring. Not only that, he let me bring a sample home to see how it looks with paint and lighting. Professional and not pushy at all. I highly recommend Carpet One Floor & Home!!

We renovated a shared bathroom between two bedrooms. Removed the tub and installed a walk-in shower. We purchased the sliding shower door and shower controls from Carpet One. Bal and Sammy were very friendly and professional and helped us with any questions or issues we had. We would definitely use them again for any future renovations we do. Thank you!

The team did a great job with our laminate flooring. We needed the carpet stripped out as well as new moulds. Overall they completed our entire upstairs in one day with about an hour worth of work remaining for the second day and cleaned up nicely as well. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend them. Pricing is fair.
