First Choice Haircutters

Terrible service, never even managed to get my hair done as they took 6 walk ins and were unable to fulfill my appointment. Probably for the best

First choice is not my first choice. A woman named Linda did my hair and she RUINED it. I ask her if she could do point cutting on my bangs and she refused and also refused to cut shorter layers in my hair. I cried in my car and went home and cut it myself. Never coming back. Do not come here.

Ever since the pandemic they've never been open at either locations during running hours and they're very unprofessional now too. What happened to the old First Choice? This is outrageous

Had an absolutely horrifying and disgusting experience there about an hour ago. My partner and I walked in this afternoon for a haircut and instead we were practically berated by one of the staff, Linda. She spoke extremely condescendingly and rudely when we were just trying to register for a haircut. I tried to question why she was speaking so rudely to us for no reason whatsoever, and she began calling us names, saying What age are you going to stop being so immature?" My partner especially has been a victim to discrimination of age or appearance

I would NOT recommend this location for eyebrow waxing. Firstly, they do not do appointments for eyebrows, it is a walk-in service. I was told it would be approximately 20 minutes and it was an hour before I got in. I showed the employee a picture of what I wanted my eyebrows to look like (a picture of myself and how I like them done) and they look nothing like the picture! In fact, they look more like her eyebrows. One is longer than the other, they are different shapes, different thicknesses and both are WAY too thin for me. I gave this establishment two stars because the girls working there were relatively kind, but will be spending the next month filling them in and most likely drawing them back on.

Please remove comments about Linda, she died and this is no longer relevant! Shame on you!

Clearly don't know how to curl hair; WAY too much hairspray! Also, price did not match what they told me over the phone; $36 for JUST a hair curl when they told me $16.99 for all hair types!

Love Tara!! She is friendly and great. She does waxing and not everyone at this place does waxing.

It's a great place for haircuts.. why would you go there for your eyebrows.. their specialty is haircutting
