Excellent service department... super helpful no matter how large or small the issue you need help with. So good we will not even consider going to another Ford Dealer anywhere. Why, when we already go to the best?

Being from out of town, we talked with Adam via messenger throughout the week.. Great service, was given carfax documents regarding vehicle we were interested in, and then given a personalized video made by Adam regarding the condition and features of SUV we were looking to get. It was a fairly quick and effortless day for us when we decided to come to Kelowna to make the purchase. Thanks for making us feel like a valued customer, and for making the purchase an efficient painless transaction.

Seriously; Orchard Ford has always been a great dealership, but I have to share a recent experience. I bought a new truck and salesman, Mike Fisher, made the purchase as smooth as glass. He programmed door codes, interior and dash items so that the truck felt truly custom to me. He worked along side Tyson at Legacy Tire to install wheels, tires and Lift. Legacy is probably the best tire shop in western Canada and Tyson runs a consistent and trustworthy show. Anyway, I came in from eastern alberta to pick up my truck and it was fueled up and every little detail you could have imagined was perfect. Shannon, the finance lady at Orchard had all the papers ready and I was in and out of her office in minutes. Very organized and professional.People ask why I buy from a dealership so far away from where I live, it’s simple, the Orchard Ford/Legacy Tire team are the very best.

I want to thank Josh Brown for all the help he gave me with our Ford Escape. He programmed the Bluetooth and explained, in detail, how to the other ECU's function. His advice was invaluable as this vehicle is fully loaded. Further, he was friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend both Josh and the staff at Orchard Ford Sales. We will consider purchasing a vehicle here in the future.

TJ is the only reason my 2007 Ranger got repaired after a deer strike back in April. After being lied to by 3 body shops in town as to parts availability I went to Orchard Ford. As I suspected I was being led down the garden path. TJ gave me the straight goods and referred me to Quinn @ Prestige Collision. I can not say enough about both of these businesses. I have had a couple of recalls done at Orchard and have always been treated great!

It's no wonder this team has so many 5 star reviews. I dealt mostly with Trevor and Ethan. All I have to say is amazing.I've dealt with many dealerships in many cities over the years but this one is my favorite hands down. Great customer care, great communication, not pushy at all. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Cindy and Shannon (Tony pointed me in the right direction). They made the transition from my old F-150 to a brand new 2023 F1-50 a breeze.Cindy was able to direct me towards something that fit my budget, as well as find a truck that suited my needs. Shannon had the paperwork lined up quickly so the transaction went smoothly.
