Quick service replacing my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier watch battery. After almost 3 years the watch wouldn't last a full day.The first 6 repair places I contacted would not even touch the watch.BK Repairs explained the process and what problems could arise. Everything went perfectly, the watch picked up where it left off. No need to re-pair the watch to the phone or log into my Samsung app.It's like brand new once again.

My wife's screen dislodged after she dropped it. Darren looked at it fixed it right away! He even put on a tempered glass protector on it for me. 100% recommend Darren and will definitely come back for any iPhone issues in the future

I had terrible experiences with UBreakIFix before going here with a dead Pixel 5. Unfortunately, damage done during a previous repair from UBreakIFix left my phone unrepairable. BK was extremely transparent, explained what was wrong, and sent me photos. Since he was unable to fix it he didn't charge me for his time. Not a success story but he deserves all 5 stars because of the great customer service and making his best effort to repair an unrepairable phone. I'll be going to him first the next time I have any issues.

Darren was very professional and did a great job repairing my iPhone 6 that had been dead for over two years. I had taken my phone to multiple places and they told me beyond repair. Not only did Darren fix my phone, he did so in just over 24hrs. He is responsive and his location is convenient. Will definitely use again and would %100 recommend to others. Thank you Darren!

Darren is honest and transparent and really knows his stuff. The “genius” at Apple broke my phone during their repair and Darren found the issue and fixed it quickly. He sends photos as he fixes it and explains what’s happening. I am never wasting my time and money at Apple again and bringing my devices straight to Darren. Great guy to chat with as well.

The charging port on my iPhone 7 died on a Saturday night, with hardly any battery power left, so I could not recharge. Found BK iPhone Repairs on Google, gave him a call on Sunday morning, he said come on by - an hour later, my iPhone is fixed and charged up all at a very reasonable price. If your phone needs some help, I would highly recommend BK. Top notch work, and very friendly to deal with!

Very impressed - he fixed my iPhone camera lens in exactly the time he said he would at the price quoted. It's also convenient - right next to City Square, where you can go shopping or eat while you're waiting. He works out of his own apartment, but he comes down to the lobby to get your device and gives it back to you the same way - safe, secure, efficient.
