We used Brad Smith as our Realtor while purchasing our Condo in Sherwood Park, Alberta this spring. He was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make the process, purchasing our first property, as smooth as possible. No matter the time of day/night he was always in touch to answer our questions. We'd definitely recommend him to friends/family and will use him again in the future.

Trevor Roszell is quite the dishonest individual. A few years ago there were a lot of houses on the market. Was told there was a big bidding war going on all houses. I was told that the south side house went up in price immediately, then he said in the same breath he said it was pending. So went to the next house looked around told Trevor fine this house will be good but he said after only ten minutes in the market said that it went up 10k dollars. I bid at that inflated price and was able to lock on it but I asked for 4k off because of maintenance, the seller agreed to it and that brought flags up because if these houses were in demand the owner would have said no to me. That tells me he is a dishonest lying shady individual. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Working with Garrett Nestorowich was a very positive experience for us in our recent home sale and purchase. He was immediately responsive, communicated with other agents to advocate for our interests and went above and beyond in several instances. We have been extremely happy with him and would highly recommend him as a trustworthy and competent agent.

DSJ and Associates are the best of the best!

If I could give this company a 0 stars I would . Put a deposit down on a house, after inspection we decided it was not the house for us(way to many repairs).A week later and we are still fighting to get our money back. For a multi million dollar company they sure have no problem taking your money but sure have a hard time giving it back.

REMAX Elite is the best brokerage in the city by far.

Best office with great the staff. Perfect location in heart of Windermere close to everywhere and surrounded with good shops and restaurants. I love my office!

It was a great place I would recommend them to anybody for real estate concerns.
