George and his team dealt with a flood in my senior mother's basement. From the time George arrived on scene to the last painter that left her home the service was amazing. Everyone was very safety conscious, the work was impeccable, the entire job was completed in a timely manner. I appreciate George walking my mother through dealing with her insurance company and reassuring her every step of the way. I would not hesitate to call George and his team again.

We discovered a sewage backup on Boxing Day in our basement. Many companies would not send someone or quoted very high prices due to the holiday. George was very quick to respond and provided a very reasonable price. He arrived within a few hours and did a great job cleaning everything up. George and his team, Charbel and what I now refer to as the the drywall legend, Marshall absolutely did a fantastic job after a surprise leak was discovered from our upstairs washroom down through to the basement, destroying our ceiling in the dining room and part of our kitchen in the process. The home is a classic, est. 1937 and George made sure the integrity of our design was restored to perfection. These gentlemen did a fantastic job - Marshall was punctual and an amaizng person that made us feel comfortable with answering any questions about details we had during the restoration process. George and co. come highly regarded.

When I entered my kitchen one morning I did not know where to turn...an old pipe had given up and water had flowed into my kitchen. My plumbers recommended Restoration 1 Hamilton and within15 minutes help arrived. The efficient and helpful staff mopped up and within a couple of days cleaned out my basement and restored my living space so that I could function. George came and assessed the damage and after the insurance claim was accepted, I decided to have Restoration 1 Hamilton repair my kitchen. George and his staff were very helpful and gave me advice on which design was appropriate for my older home. I found George and his staff to be punctual, qualified and focused on the job while displaying wonderful people skills.All in all, a good experience and if my old house decides to misbehave again, I shall not hesitate to call George and company.

George and his team, led by Marshall were first-rate, both with George leading the clean-up followed by Marshall and the re-model. George knew exactly what our insurance carrier required in terms of detailed estimates, pictures and description of what was damaged and what it would take to return our basement to normal. George provided estimate on re-model and marshalled the resources. Marshall was very professional, on-time, cleanly and very responsive with a number of last-minute requests. We had 3 different companies come out and no one wanted to stay longer then 20 mins and take the time , but when we called restoration 1 George did not leave until he found the where the flooding was coming from. He took the time and let me tell you 3 hours later he found it and he moved on everything quickly and made sure my family was to be safe and moved fast to get us back in the house. My husband and I cannot thank Restoration1 Hamilton enough for their detailed work and efficiency in understanding our needs and completing the work quickly. We had extreme water damage in our basement and needed to have our entire basement fixed. We were nervous and upset about the whole situation. After making multiple calls to various companies, George was the first to call us back and arrived immediately to assess the situation. George and his crew showed empathy for our stress and worked diligently to ensure we understood all details of the work.In less than a day, the damaged basement flooring and drywall were removed with near surgical precision and the concrete slab thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected. Robust and very effective drying and air circulation equipment were put in place. Absolute care and professionalism in every respect.We couldn’t be happier to be back in what feels like an entirely new basement with new flooring, cabinets and paint job!The work was impeccable and they completely cleaned up, put our furniture back together and in place.
