Unprepared repairman leaves my home in shambles. Motor replacement for LG washer. First off the technician calls me directly 7:30 morning of follow up appointment to tell me he can't make it to work. I don't care about worker status, if you're failing our agreed upon appointment call me with solutions(like another time) not problems, especially not personal problems. So I call in as I now need to rebook, receptionist was nice and accommodating fixed me up next day. repair is functional but repairman asks me what I want to do with the stacked dryer because he doesn't' have DUCT TAPE AS IF HE DOESN'T WORK WITH DUCTS. so he leaves, charges the full ticket and leaves my dryer on the floor. Thanks but no thanks, I'll take the crab juice.

Part was faulty and they refused to take it as it can't sell used" parts. The return policy is only on the receipt (after purchase) and not informative enough.Found later on Amazon the same part for half the price (shipping included).Never dealing with them again."

The person at the counter knows his job so well. Got in the store, didn't event had to say the brand and model because as soon as he saw the part he knew right away what it was. Impressive!

I bought a brand new fridge and it did not work on delivery. I called the store I purchased from and was told not their problem, call LG. Called LG could not get a call back from their service department, had one helpful guy who informed me pièces GR is who handles the LG repair is for our area. I called pieces GR and they arranged a service call for me under warrantee within a few days. I am super happy with their service as they were able to help me when no one else was.

Walked in with part I needed to order, was told they could not order from the part but needed the Washers #. Drove home gathered the number and ordered online due to a 70 min drive each way.Part arrived but no one called us.We called after 10 business days and my spouse drove in to pick it up. When she brought it home it was the wrong part, but she didn't know.Poor attitude on the phone to try to help us(customer).I wouldn't want them to fix any of my appliances, considering they can't even identify the parts needed to fix them.

They gave us the wrong part for our oven.It fried the oven board.Needed to buy a new oven - set us back 1k$.The part itself was 25% more expensive than any where else (Reno, for example).I figured I would pay the extra fee and buy from a specialist to make sure I was getting a quality part (and the right one at that).I agree I should have double checked.Owner was very arrogant about it.I think I was courteous about the matter, not raising my voice or anything.He would not take any blame or give any excuse - I totally understand errors can and will happen.I suggest potential customers to do their homework and get their parts online instead.Too bad, I like to give my business to local shops.

Great knowledgeable staff. Good service, many items in stock and easy to order special items with a few days wait (not weeks or months...). My go to place for parts

These guys are awesome. I bought an igniter for my gas stove from another parts provider, who didn't have the key piece - ceramic marrettes that you would need to connect the new part. These are tough to find otherwise. I called GR, who gave them to me, and some tips on how to use them.I will buy from them the next time.

Worst Possible Service....repair man broke the washer behond repair....then denied it trying to blame another company for doing it....only problem is the job was done under warranty and only them came to work on it. Then no call no show on the service call to assess the damage....going on 2 weeks without a washer....They deserve a Red Green Award.
