If I could give zero stars, I would. Andrew is the most incompetent property manager I have dealt with. I had several issues with my condo and not only did he ignore my calls when I had to call the police he failed to upkeep and maintain the property. I would proceed with extreme caution if you are getting involved with Tristone Property Management. They will not help you and Andrew will blow you off and do the bare minimum to check a box that he did something". 0/5**Half of the things you stated in the comment back did not get done and all we asked as a building was you to handle the issues at hand

Excellent service, they are always able to find quality renters well screened and make sure they take care of everything.Andrew Dixon has been exceptionally professional; he can be reached anytime even on the weekends. He is so helpful and reachable. We have been with him for last 7 years. I actually referred few friends, who are from Montreal and Toronto and they have investment properties here in Calgary, we are all happy with service. Recommend to anyone looking for trusted and professional company.
