We just moved into the Wilkinson in Olympic village and everything has been great! Thomas the building manager is awesome and always quick at responding. We love our studio apartment and the pretty rooftop is also a bonus. No complaints so far, highly recommend

I live in the CONRAD building and love it! I initially moved into a two bedroom and downsized to a one bedroom when it was time for me to stop working from home and work in the office again. I didn't want to leave the building because I like it so much! I was delighted when the perfect one bedroom became available. The building has great amenities and community spirit. The property management team is very responsive, approachable and friendly. I highly recommend this company and this rental property.

Avoid at all costs. They are Liars. Waiting lists means nothing. Your better off not being in a waiting list apparently. Been in the waiting list for close to a year and they keep renting units out without me even viewing them. There's no way there that many people ahead of me.

I’ve lived at the neon downtown for a little under a year and so far I love it. The walls are solid so I never hear my neighbours and the building is kept clean. Kamil is great, any issue I’ve had has been dealt with promptly! Least intrusive management I’ve ever had, I would absolutely recommend this building to anyone wanting to live downtown.

Building manager constantly threatens us with paying for Maintainence around the building. Our building is infested with mice and she’s said it’s because we leave the balcony door open. A pipe burst in and the carpet was wet and she said someone dropped water. No accountability. Maintenance requests go nowhere. Building manager needs to be fired

I moved into the Conrad building in June 2021, I was on the look out for a studio unit in a fairly new building that was not too close or too far from the Downtown area. I was very pleased to have found one in this building and the management does a great job of processing things quite seamlessly. I was able to view the unit and have all the paperwork in place within a weeks time. The team has always cooperated to allow for any one off requests I had during my move and any time I have had a maintenance request, the team has been quick to respond with an extremely professional approach. The building was completed in 2020, so all the fixtures and design of the unit has a modern look and feel which is great. The contrast of colors and the overall vibe of not only the building but the community of people that live in and around it is incredible. The location of this one is brilliant as well as it is a short walk to the SkyTrain station, Trout Lake and it's community Centre.

We've lived in the Wilkinson for the past 3 months now, and it's been a dream. Moving in was a tough experience due to outside factors, but the company was very accommodating, refunding us for extra U-Haul costs and being very responsive in trying to find us an alternative move-in time. Thomas is a great building manager and has a rapid response time to any concern. The build itself is high quality, with just a few non-intrusive deficiencies that should be patched up with time. And of course, amazing views every day of False Creek and the Downtown skyline!

I got a studio at the Wilkinson building, which was newly built when I moved in. Day to day life here is great— very private and quiet inside the building. Having a new apartment that also allows pets drew me here, along with the proximity to work. Having a dishwasher AND laundry is a first for me, and a massive plus!The building manager, Thomas, is awesome. Replies super fast to emails and maintenance requests. If something breaks, it gets fixed very quickly.Most importantly, my cat is happy here!
