Terrible customer service hung up in my face while I asked If I can ask a question deserve 0 stars

The service that I received from this company is by far the best I have yet to have received, 2 weeks ago we had our large above ground pool filled the first load of water being crystal clear we were so excited as the weather was getting hotter .. the second load however was not clear and had clearly come from some old pipes .. we had thought not too much of it figured we could fix it with a couple of shock treatments etc. This was not the case.. after multiple treatments and trips to multiple stores, multiple phone calls to pool and spa places our pool was still unable to be swam in 2 weeks later and in this heat wave! I called Soakers and was treated with such kindness and was told that if the pool could be emptied they would come and refill.. well this happened all today. I was then surprised to receive a message saying they would refund us for some of the money that we spent on chemicals and the vacuum we had purchased from to try and fix the water. Thank you so much! You have made one happy family in this heat wave! We will most definitely be back for more water next year! P.S if you live in an older neighborhood be sure to let them know the bad water is from all of the old pipes, they will fill trucks else where so you don’t run into the same issues.

I just tried to call to get a load of water and the person who answered the phone swore at me repeatedly and then hung up...
