East side nails has officially become my favourite nail salon! The salon is always clean and organized. The employees are lovely ladies and truly care about their work! Lynn is amazing and always so bubbly, the music and conversation was also a huge plus! I love my nails every-time i go. I highly recommend Eastside Nails and spa to anyone looking for a regular nail salon. They are very accommodating and always do their best!

I came here for mani pedi shellac and it was quite amazing experience. The place was clean and organised. It was fun to be there and i am definitely going again.

This is the best nail service I have ever had. My polish from my manicure stayed on well into the 4th week, and I'm not gentle with my hands. The pedicure stayed on for almost 3 months. Lynn was the most personable esthetician and was kind and attentive to me and her work. I don't always get my nails serviced, but when I do, I'll only come here.I definitely recommend Lynn and her employees. She built her business over many years and she only cares about her clients and taking care of them.

I’ve just returned from one of the worst experiences of my lifePlease never visit the salon they should be put out of businessI took my daughter there to get her nails done before graduation. She’s only 13 I had a young woman named Alissa to help her. We picked the colours and I had to go run a few errands. I asked how long she would be. She said she’d be an hour.I came back an hour and a half later, and my daughter’s nails feet were painted the wrong colour with all the cuticle showing and her nails, not even shaped . This girl Alissa did not acknowledge her mistake instead chose to be rude with me. I told her I didn’t like her attitude. She rolled her eyes at me. The manager of the store took over, essentially had to redo her nails to the colour that I’ve chosen and continue to argue with me about the right color. She also did her hands and did a really lousy job on it. I asked for white tips and the tips were so thick. It was horrible. The whole experience to close to three hours. Can you imagine at a 13 year old couldn’t go that long.I usually go to another salon, however, they could not accommodate for tonight, and I my original appointment I had to cancel because I have to work tomorrowto end this, please charge me $113 for a manicure and pedicureWhen I had the same thing done at another salon for 80 , and they did a better jobPlease take your business elsewhere. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau.The other bizarre thing is this lady. The manager was taking numerous phone calls on her cell phone. Meanwhile, her husband were sitting at the desk. why did he not take phone callsThese phone calls were distracting herIn doing good workSamantha kept reiterating to me about how she’s been in business for 27 years I’m truly shocked, a place like this can do business with this kind of attitude and basic robberyPlease never go here

Felt extremely welcomed and relaxed when I arrived for a fill. Beautiful and wide range of colour selection and very clean salon. Good music and I was very well cared for throughout my appointment from the genuine conversation and communication from the staff. I was extremely happy leaving with the exact nails I was looking for. At a very good price. Give them a call and you will be excited to have your nails done here.Thank you so much for a perfect experience.

Lynn is always in such a great mood, friendly and funny. She does the greatest.deisgns on my pedicure and my eyebrows are perfect.

I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by a woman named Allissa. She was patient and professional. Wonderful experience. Definitely recommend. 10/10.

Pricing was posted , but didn't match what the man at the front told me it would cost when I went to pay. $60 for gel polish change, without design. He said, due to inflation of supplies... our costs have gone up.The woman doing my nails was very quiet, but nice. More willing to talk when the man left.He told me to come back when his wife was there, she could do a better job.Quality - The polish had little bubble indents in it. Colour stayed well for a couple of weeks.I won't be returning.

Took my daughter's and myself to get our nails done. Lynn and her staff were so friendly and funny. Very accommodating with us. Clean and inviting. Will be back!!
