Braeden helped me get a mortgage under a tight timeline over the Christmas holidays. Even when he was out of country, he responded quickly to all of my questions and made the process very easy. He handled communications with the realtor, lawyer, and bank to ensure everything was in line before our deadline. Very helpful, great communication and educated me on the aspects and process of mortgages. Would highly recommend.

If I could give Braeden 10/5 stars, I would. As first time home-owners, Braeden has been super helpful in guiding us through the process with ease and in a manner that allowed us to understand everything that was going on. He was always readily available to answer quick questions that were within and outside of his role as a broker. He has very flexible hours and was very flexible with different modes of communication. The realtor selling the house also praised Braeden on how easy and quick he was to deal with. I am confident he got us the best rate and had our best interests in mind in every decision. He was also very friendly, overall making us feel important and like we were a priority.
