The UPS Store

This particular store charged me $14 for a cardboard box and $6 for some bubble wrap and then lost my package the next day. I was shipping something expedited and critical for my business. Now I have to replace it (worth $600). Don’t risk it with these people.

Ali is absolutely fantastic! Very helpful, efficient & easy to deal with. So happy with the service we received when opening up a personal mailbox, highly recommend this location.

Horrible!! Didn’t even knock on my door, left a notice, and now won’t answer any calls and at one point answered a call and then WALKED AWAY AND LEFT ME SAYING “hello is anyone there” FOR FIVE MINUTES. I hope they go out of business.Edit upon removal request: I called this location twenty five times today. Every time, the phone got picked up, then I was left with no one actually speaking to me and saying “hello? Is anyone there? Can you hear me?”I will be in the store tomorrow to pick up my parcel, and will never use your service again. I will not remove my review as it is honest and in direct response to how this store (UPS location 197) failed to do their job. If I could give no stars I would. :)

Compared the UPS store on Lonsdale, this store is much much better. Thanks the the polite proprietor of the store Ali.

I tried this location before when they had different owner,This location will be of the best ones in Vancouver as the management has been change and I got such a great service from them.keep up the good work.

Worst delivery experience ever. I had a package delivered to California that cost me $100. Weighed 30 grams. I never got it, now they say too bad. No money back. They don’t care at all. Hours wasted. So I got ripped $100 dollars. Moral of the story, they don’t care because they don’t have to. Not enough competition.
