Best experience I’ve had at an optometrist office and optical store. Dr Bansal was very professional along with caring, taking the time to explain things every step of the way. He was great with my kids too!The store itself is definitely well stocked with many different brands and styles of eyewear. Would recommend 5/5.

Came in today for a pair of sunglasses. Dr.Bansal and his team spent time to explain the different considerations to be mindful of when selecting a pair of lenses. In the end after trying on several of his recommendations, I left with a pair that I’m extremely happy with! Highly recommend :)Also, we will be coming in for eye examinations as well. Dr.Bansal also spent time educating me on the importance of monitoring the condition of your eyes and getting children checked early to detect issues that are not always obvious.

I recently visited this eye clinic and I had a great experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The eye exam process was quick and easy, and the doctor was informative and kind.During the exam, I was surprised to learn that my eyesight was different in each eye. However, I requested for the contact lenses to be the same for both eyes. The staff was able to provide me with trial contacts to try out, which was very helpful. When I noticed that one eye was worse than the other, the staff and doctor were understanding and provided me with replacement trial contacts. It's great to have a medical team that listens to your concerns and provides solutions to your problems.Overall, I highly recommend this eye clinic. The staff and doctor were exceptional, and the entire process was stress-free. Thank you for a great experience!

Crystal Vision is an awesome eye clinic with friendly staff, welcoming environment and a large selection of eyewear. Dr. Bansal provided me with great care and not only checked, but educated me on my eyes and thoroughly answered all of the questions I had. He and the staff were also super helpful when choosing glasses and overall I am very happy I went here and will definitely be back for all my eye care needs.

Dr.Bansal’s clinic is very well put together and my family and I had a great experience overall!
