I don't normally write reviews on Google, but I had a very pleasant experience at your business. This was my first time visiting any pawn shop, so I was skeptical and nervous, given how pawn shops are often portrayed in the media and movies. However, after reading many positive reviews of your store, I decided to give it a try. I brought in a necklace that I wasn't necessarily planning to sell, but wanted to check how much it was worth. Hugh Ferster helped me out and offered me a reasonable price, which I ended up accepting. The staff here are all very nice and welcoming. Dave has helped me in the passed with mine and my wife’s wedding rings. He found the perfect ones! And Hugh is an awesome guy that is very knowledgeable about recent items and there value, he has helped me on multiple occasions with all different type of pawns and purchases, all in all the staff here are all awesome!!

Highly highly recommend this place. Was my first time in one of these shops and the shop worker (Hugh Ferster) was so friendly and helped me out with the service that I needed with 100% satisfaction. Great prices and excellent service. 10/10 recommend.

Went twice in 2 days. They were both great experiences. First time got more than I was expecting by 120$ on a junk gold ring which I thought was only 10k and Dave (I think) nice guy. Noticed it was actually 2 different grades combined and paid me half at 18k and the other half was actually 14k. Second time was a re saleable gold chain. It was a tough negotiation but we came to a fair market value we can both make money on although I think from how giddy he was as I was leaving. I coulda held out for the grand. Oh well still a great deal and what a nice group in a even nicer shop. Anytime I have extra gold or jewelry I’ll go stop in. Thanks

5 stars is an understatement. Lots of great items on display but more importantly, Premier has the most knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & honest staff. Erin did not hesitate to tell me that my necklace was worth 3 times more than I was asking which is a refreshing change from the typical pawn shop. If only I could remember their names I'd give a shout out to the other 2 gentlemen whom I've dealt with there as they are consistantly fantastic to interact with as well.

Came in last week. I've never used a pawn shop before so a little anxiety. The shop was bright and staff friendly. Hugh walked me thru the process to sell some jewelry I never wear and answered questions. Will definitely be using Premier again.
