Paid for delivery and only got a part of my order. Called customer service and now I have to wait another week. Paid workers for no reason because of them. I will stick to lowes or my local businesses.

Can’t take items back for refund or exchange without a receipt anymore even if it’s obviously there brand. I’m stuck with four wrong sized doors and they wouldn’t even exchange them for the correct size. So now I have $250 worth of doors that won’t work, and it’s the last sale they ever get from me. Their customer friendly policy’s made it worth shopping there but now they don’t care about the customer so shy shop there.

They have friendly staff and they are very helpful. They usually aren't hard to find either they are all over. This store is huge and has pretty much everything you need for working on anything in your home and all different brands of tools. And they have alot of sales especially around the holidays.
