If I could give a lower score.................terrible, terrible customer service, was made to feel uncomfortable asking for what I wanted on my sandwich, with eyes rolling and huffs...........not even under her breath. I would suggest to stay clear of Bowen rd Subway. You'll just get atittude and a garbage sandwhich.

Close to my work and always good costumer service. Just sometimes slow. Keep up the fantastic work though, store is always cleaned which means the employees work hard

Went to get 2 subs today before taking my partner to the airport for work. There’s a line which is fine, I don’t mind waiting. The woman who made my subs was in a rush and only toasted my subs for 5 seconds, I asked to be toasted more she ignored me. Then we get to the veggies and they are looking pretty sad and sparse but whatever I’m hungry and I don’t care, I then ask for the sauce on both subs and she puts more sauce then lettuce try’s closing the subs up, poorly wraps them and I pay and go to eat in the truck. I open up my sub and it’s in a ball, wrapped wrong, sauce everywhere to the point where the wrapper is ripping and making a mess. I go back in and ask for a refund showing them my subs and how it’s barely edible. They reply “I don’t see the problem” I asked for a refund again and who I think was the manger goes “can we just make you another one?” I said no because at this point I just want out of this horrible establishment. I I left without refund and I will never be going back to this location. While I was in line the manger was sitting down with a business lady who was telling him how to proper clean the place. So all in all the place is poorly ran, dirty and a waste of money. A sad sad excuse for a subway.

Isnt my usual to go to subway. But the gentleman that helped me was very kind and cheerful and has made me return a few times now and got to see rest of staff are busy as wonderful! Definitely will be ordering in here more often

I use the subway app and I've only had wonderful experiences at the Bowen road location. Close to my work so I go frequently for lunch. The staff is amazing and friendly. They make the sandwiches perfect, and are quick to prepare my order when I arrive. If they are out of something they are respectful and let me know in a polite way. Thank you for the great service!

I notice they put 4 or 5 tomatoes when subway head office says I'm supposed to get 6.They never have soup, morning, afternoon, day, evening. No soup.No soup comes from cheap owners. Clearly people are asking for soup every day.They definitely lose a few sales from me every month due to me not wanting ships or cookies with my food.Ive seen and employee put a homeless coustmers gift card on the white cutting board, infront of the meats. Nothing but food goes on that board.I usually see and excessive amount of handwriting at subway. And I like that. But this subway just gloves. No hand washing.I've gotten home to a uncut sandwich. Not like half cut, just not cut in the middle at all.I've seen an employee use a spatula to put the tuna on the bread, not the scoop.Ive never had anywhere close to this many bad experiences from a subway. Sometimes not have soup is fine. But if you never have soup. It's to much for me.I definitely will likely will go to a different subway on my way home.

Good staff. Hard to understand though as Subway makes them wear face diapers even though the mask restrictions have been lifted.The meat in my meatball sub was a little off though,..they need to be more careful before they poison someone.I got one last week and it was very good, not so this week.

Don’t use the Subway app, at least not with this store. After an hour, and a notice from their delivery service, DoorDash, saying our order was on the way, they then cancelled it. DoorDash sent a text saying Subway cancelled the order. I called Subway, and they said DoorDash cancelled the order. The lady argued with me when I explained the text, told me it wasn’t them, and hung up without apology. If you partner with a company to deliver a service you do have accountability for the customer experience. Sending consumers off to the 1-800 hell that is dealing with DoorDash or Skip is garbage service. We are a family of 6, and we did order Subway a minimum of 4 times per month, though this was only our second time using the app. We’ll go with Pita Pit or Bar Burrito going forward.
