Foot Locker

There was a serious lack of inventory today, but we were fortunate enough to be attended by a fella named Anant (assistant manager as it turns out). That man is a king and helped me find shoes in my size, made sure I understood their return policy, and walked me through the website to make sure I could have a better experience if inventory was ever low.

Large store with various choices. The first floor is for kids and women. Upstair is for men. I like Nike Air and Jordan sneakers, will keep update their latest designs.For now, it’s much easier to find more fantastic models in South Korea. If you go to Korea anyway, you’d feel nothing exciting here.The staffs and atmosphere here were great.

What I love most about this store is the manager Szee-Won Lee. Not only is she super nice and helpful but she also cares about real customers getting the shoe releases they want and preventing the resellers from buying them all up. What sucks is that those resellers are the ones who write the bad reviews about her on this page. The selection of shoes here is fantastic and the store is well laid out. The guy on the door was also very polite and helpful answering all my questions about the retro 1 marina blues I was after. Also huge bonus they were playing Tupac when I was there - the goat. Great store, manager and staff. Highly recommended.

Bad service. no kids shoes and very unhelpful staff. When asking for shoes for both of my kids 7/9 I asked for a certain size and was brought a smaller size because they did not have any larger in stock. And absolutely no help in contacting another store to see if they had the shoes we wanted. I’m not sure who train the workers there but kids feet generally get bigger as they get older. Will go to sports check or new balence. Would not recommend foot locker to anyone

The help on the floor was not very good they'd start after I approached them but then would move on others and leave it to you to go after them to follow up. Also for a mid day busy time had one cashier also doing exchanges with a worker that stood by the door

Estiban (the manager) was fantastic! We had a hiccup with our order and he looked into it and fixed is straight away!

Worst service. Ordered something online on a (Monday) said it'll be delivered on (Thursday) On (Wednesday) Checked my tracking# on their end says made UPS label waiting for pickup" called customer service says its being shipped from this location and Alfredo (the manager) said that theres a 100 packages waiting to be picked up (made an excuse that UPS hasn't been delivering cause of the snow storm which ended a couple days ago)... asked to find my package..did not want to since theres too many too sort through. so I called the store on the Thursday morning talked to a guy named Denzel said that if I showed him my confirmation of payment from the online store it'll be easy to pick up my shoes and he confirms that my shoes are there. So I went into the store spoke to him showed him my receipt (saw the pick up area no box with my name on it and there was like 8 boxes to pick up) however the person that was helping him do the transaction over the headset says I had to pay again before I get the shoes even though I paid already. He told Denzel that if I want the shoes I would have to pay again and when the shoes are delivered I can make a return and they'll refund me. Does not make any sense that I should pay twice. Overall experience bunch or Liars at this location no common sense."

I am the customer of food locker in Robson street for many years.Today i had very bad experience with the manager which was first time I met him.As a manager he had very poor customer service and his behaviour was so bad and me as a customer will never go to that store any more and will advise my friends not to go there.We need a nice welcoming from people who work in any store.Hope people who hire the manager knows what kind of person they are hiring.
